DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I had a horrible experience here last night that made me get up and walk out. My man and I had a reservation, and once inside we noticed the only seats available were 2 booths and 2 tiny high tables that were in the bathroom hallway (these tiny tables are not even apart of the rest of the restaurant and are awkwardly placed). After asking the hostess for the smaller booth, she told us we could not sit there because there was a larger party coming in 45 mins and they need the space for them (even though there was a another party finishing up in the adjacent booth). She sat us in the hallway and a few minutes later, we noticed she sat another party of 2 that came after us in the same booth we requested. We got up to speak to her to ask why she sat them in the booth we requested and her answer was “they’re food influencers that need the better table. They were that were being a bit rowdy over it“ So that makes my man and I unimportant? We were planning to spend a lot money there that night to celebrate, but she basically told us to our face they didn’t care about gaining our business. As someone with quite a large following that chooses not to disclose it all the time, it’s ridiculous to think I have to announce I’m an influencer to be treated with some common decency. After quite a bit of back and forth with the hostess, she went and got the manager who doubled down that the better table was needed for the influencers and then checked the reservations notes to see if I put down I was an influencer as well. Do I need to provide all of my social media handles so they can see my total number of followers to be treated decently at this establishment? It’s disgusting. The manger then offered multiple times to sit us in the bigger booth that was available but we obviously refused. However, this only came after I stressed that they didn’t know who we were and what we did for a living, just because we didn’t leave it in the notes doesn’t mean we could be treated that way. I do not recommend this place and it’s a shame because I was so excited to try it after seeing a few mutuals praise the food. I love their sister location, Xperience, but after this I don’t recommend supporting either business. All people deserve a great dining experience despite their social media presence. Do...
Read moreWe were looking forward to this. Made a reservation, we were celebrating a birthday. We were texted right before our reservation to confirm what our eta was. We go t there, Valet parking was good a few minutes wait but nothing crazy. We get inside and they tell us we had to wait 30 min . Ok no problem we went back to car, about 10 min after we get texted to come to front , our table will be ready shortly. We head back out. Where we then proceed to wait about 20 min because the host stepped out and they had the server up front checking people in.. Ok .. it happens We wanted to leave after just standing there however music was good and I had requested they sing happy birthday and the whole 9 After waiting youd think they sit us in a decent place We were put in a corner with no visibility to anything , oh and we were told by the girl who sat us dnt worry the man sitting in the corner will leave soon hes just here for a drink… ok… well we had to squeeze in so I assume thats why she made that comment.. Ok we are seated lets make the best of it.. Except we couldn’t fit anything on our table Utensils were slightly dirty and table was sticky Half the menu was sold out and unavailable We ordered shots that took a while to get And the food .. not worth it at all And they had 1 gentleman serving us who went missing we couldn’t ask for something different or order additional drinks We decided to leave and still had to wait because there was no attention we asked the bartender to please send our check and then he showed up
All in all , it was disappointing and they have a lot of work to do. Ive been to Xperience their sister location and had a wonderful time. I hope they...
Read moreI’m leaving this location with no service because I made a reservation yesterday 10/19 at 6:42pm for today 10/20 at 8pm for 2 people. I’ve been told see you on Monday and they asked for my name and number which I gave. Today I received a call from Lab X at 2:56pm to confirm I will still be coming, I said yes. Today at 6:12pm I called to ask if they can make it 3 people instead and they said “sure, at this time we are walk in welcome because we just opened, so you can come, see you later”. So I would love to know why we arrived around 8:08pm and the ladies at the entrance said there is no one by my name who reserved for this time. They asked me if I was sure I didn’t reserve at Xperience by mistake? The place was packed and I understand that they just opened, but if you don’t respect reservations just say that? I had other things planned that I canceled for this and only reason I decided to come to this location is because the nice people at Xperience told me about it. What annoys me most is that the ladies at the front were actually really sweet but if I could give zero stars I would cause who does this? One of the ladies told us we can come back around 10pm??? Anyway do what you want with this...
