My Wife and I normally love this place. The food is great and the atmosphere is welcoming.
Unfortunately we had an issue where I had called in an order for a Torta, they told me torta on the phone. When I got and checked my food I had noticed that they had given me a burrito by mistake. When I went inside and informed them of the mistake, the lady behind the register was very nice and went to get me a torta instead.
The issue comes from the other lady working there that claimed to be the one that took my order. When placing the order I asked for no onions on the torta but in this lady's own words "who puts onions on a torta? So I just put burrito".
What really pisses me off is that if youre going to be rude about your customers, at least don't do it right in front of me. Just because you're embarrassed by your mistake doesn't mean you should take it out on your customers. I can obviously hear you if I am sitting right in front of the counter.
Then when I got home and checked the torta, they and clearly just opened the burrito and smashed the contents inside the new bread. Thats insanely disappointing and insulting to me as a customer.
It just goes to show just how disappointing this place has become recently. My Wife and I used to love coming here but with this kind of service, I'd rather go to...

I made the 2-hour drive to town and Taco Jalisco’s was my first and most important stop. I am so glad it was, because the meal was nothing short of incredible.
I ordered the Barbacoa Tacos Plate, and it was everything I hoped for. The barbacoa was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy—true, authentic flavor that you just can't find everywhere. It was served with fresh cilantro, onions, and deliciously warm corn tortillas. An absolute classic done right.
To drink, I had the Horchata. It was the perfect companion to the tacos—creamy, cinnamony, and not overly sweet. It was clearly homemade and so refreshing.
I simply couldn't leave without trying the Tres Leches Cake. It was decadent, wonderfully moist (as it should be!), and soaked through with the perfect amount of milk mixture. It was a flawless end to a perfect meal.
The fact that I live 2 hours away and will always make a point to stop here whenever I'm in town should tell you everything you need to know. This place is a gem. The food is authentic, the service is friendly, and the entire experience is worth the trip. Do...
Read moreThe food was really really good probably the closest to the food i get in the valley the only thing that tasted sucky was the fish tacos. I specifically asked if they come with lettuce and was told no it was cabbage which would have been great. However once i got my plate it was lettuce and tomato after all. The fish was unseasoned and the white sauce im assuming was ranch. Just really was awful all together. The drnks were great though I did enjoy those as well. The meats for the tacos were very juciy and full of flavor. I purchased asada, pastor, barbacoa. Highly recommend! The queso birra was good as well decent amount of meat and cheese. The quesadilla with asada was delicious 😋. The chips and salsa were good just a lil surprised you have to pay for it. Chips and salsa were just under $5. One thing i do want to point out is the atmosphere is kinda bland. Also they should seriously clean the light covers in the dining area they were full of dead bugs so try not to look up while you eat...
