Wanted to give 0 stars, but it’s not an option unfortunately. I used to be a regular at this dunkin and have not been in quite some time. I almost forgot why I stopped coming here until I came here today to grab something quick. My husband and I went through the drive thru around 12pm (8/20) and ordered our coffees and a bagel with cream cheese. The girl on the loudspeaker had a very hard time understanding what we were asking for. Multiple times she stated the wrong order and multiple times we corrected her to make sure it was correct. I understand it can be hard to hear people, so this did not bother us!
What DID bother us was when we came to the window, received an iced coffee that was only 3/4 of the way full (did not say a word about) and then received food that was very different than what we had ordered. My husband politely asked the girl at the window if we could get what we had originally ordered and explained the confusion (we had been charged a lot more for what we had received and were even fine just trading it out). The girl closed the window and came back saying (“ACTUALLY she said she asked you multiple times if this is what you wanted.”) Again, understanding the confusion but taken back completely by the attitude of the people working there; I offered to pay separately for my sesame seed bagel and keep what they had made (which by the way was absolutely atrocious- a bagel with Turkey sausage and vegetable cream cheese 😂). To this she told me she couldn’t do it- that I would still have to pay for something different and that they couldn’t even help us- we would have to pull back around the building and go through the drive through again to order from them. Absolutely not. I’d drive a million miles to go to any other Dunkin’ even though I work right next to this one.
I cannot believe that everyone has been rating this place 1 star and they can’t figure it out. I run a business and a team of people and cannot imagine ever acting this way toward others. The customer is not always right, but your...
Read moreI’d give zero stars. There’s a guy there works morning shift I believe he is a manager named Bert who is just very rude and unnecessarily rushing both customers and his own employees. All the employees seem unhappy when he is there and are also just as rushy when he’s there. I’m not the type to get the same thing every day , yet every single time I stop at this Dunkin and look at the menu for ANY amount of time when he is on shift I am rushed and my first interaction resulted in the man walking out of the back of the restaurant and telling me “If I don’t know what I want come inside” even though I was just trying to order some donuts with my coffee and wanted to know what was available and there wasn’t any donuts on the menu so I asked what they had available at the time. He told me I should already know what they have even though they don’t always have every kind of donut and they definitely don’t have donuts on the menu at all. I even asked the girl at the window why I get rushed every time without fail and she proceeds to just take the next order because to me she felt pressured by THE SAME MAN to take the order as quick as possible. Then Bert hands me a single bag with some hash browns after paying $20 and asks if I had any drinks. Like he is clearly not fit for his position ESPECIALLY if he is anyone’s manager. I’ve worked actual fast food at many different restaurants and had many different managers who would push drive times but this is something different. You never should be rude to customers under any circumstances and it’s also one thing to request we come inside , it’s another to come out the back door on me when you literally had just opened at about 6:15am and nobody was behind me in line and I hadn’t been there more than a couple minutes. This is the worst experience I’ve had as a customer at any kind of restaurant since it’s been multiple times coming through and dealing with the same guy and seeing how he...
Read moreDuring the daytime I usually don’t have an issue (I always just get packets of sugar on the side otherwise they always use liquid sugar which I make sure to tell them not to). But this is the third time I’ve gone in the evening and they have messed up the order some way. The coffee usually tastes super bitter and they are usually sour about it from the get go (so I don’t usually say anything I just deal with a coffee that tastes horrible and sometimes I can fix it at home with coffee creamer from the store and sometimes I just throw it away). They don’t ever use stickers on the cups in the evening so I just have to “trust” the fact that they made it right (I always get half decaf due to a heart issue so I usually like to double check). But it’d nice if the two girls that usually work the evening at this store (they’re usually the ones that serve me) use the stickers to clarify, not butcher the drinks (it’s a fairly simple drink order that I get regularly for the last 9 years so I’m familiar with it to say the least…and I’m always very clear and polite about it) and be a bit happier or at least pretend to be. Also the price changes all the time for the same drink I always get…sometimes I get a medium and sometimes I get a large but I am familiar with both size prices so I don’t understand but as long as they make it right and it’s close enough to the price I’m cool with it. But yea….I’d like to not have to doctor up my coffee after I order it and I’d like to not have to throw it away because the two young girls in the evening there don’t care enough about their job and customer service (I’ve worked several jobs in this department so I’m very familiar) and they never offer a straw so I usually go across the street and down a bit to the...
