Came in October 23, 2024 around 2 pm. It’s a great location downtown on Main Street and you can sit at the window and watch the street scene as you eat and socialize. The restaurant itself is a cool little joint with tables and a bar at the window. The staff are all pleasant, efficient and professional. The pizzas are all 10” personal-sized pizzas, but one could feed 2 frugal eaters. I ordered a sausage, olives, and banana pepper pizza. It was pretty good but not much meat on it (see attached pics). The pizza is made fresh and the crust is good, but make sure you get the crust you want; mine came with some kind of cheese crust which is ok but probably better with different toppings. Overall I was happy with the service and atmosphere, and I will not say the food was bad, it just wasn’t my style of pizza, I’m more of a New York-style pizza guy (New Haven crust and topping to be precise) so I hope this review won’t discourage people from going there. For the price, service, and atmosphere this is a cool place to go to, and many other people including my family and friends absolutely love the pizza. (The iced tea is southern style and excellent!) Will return and definitely recommend it.

We ordered delivery & were not impressed with their customer service. They are very nice, but they are not set up to deliver food and drink to people efficiently. First, we ordered through Door Dash, and an hour later, we called to find out that they don't work "directly with" DD & had not gotten our order. Then, we ordered through their website. We got this order, but we did not get the drinks we ordered. We called to ask if they could send them out & were told they'd already refunded us because we didn't put through what type of drinks we wanted. Their order site did not have an option to select the type of drink or write a note. I assumed they'd either call us or send us a default soda, like Coke. Later, they called and left a voice mail to let me know that I needed to put a note in on the Door Dash app to let them know what kind of drink I wanted. This is after we were told that they do not work directly with DD & we needed to order on their site. As far as the food, it was hit & miss. The fried zucchini was so good. So was the sauce that came with it. The pizza and cheese sticks weren't anything special. They were burnt on the bottom & left black all over our hands while we ate. We ended up tossing the leftover pizza, which isn't something we don't normally do. We'll not order from them again just to avoid the confusion. It's too bad they don't have a better website designer who could mitigate the issues...

We were visiting Cartersville and loved the charm of the downtown area. We saw a Mellow Mushroom and are familiar with it and is consistently good, but saw the Mule House and decided to give it a try. It was mid afternoon and only two other people there. We were greeted by friendly staff, we thought it was unique that their menu was craft pizza, one size, a few salad choices and appetizer options. We thought the simplicity of the menu was a great concept and only one size pizza. My wife and I each ordered a pizza. The staff were all young women, and they got right on our order tossing the dough, and the best part was it entered a wood fired oven we could watch it go in. Within a matter of minutes our pizza's were served and must say they were delicious. I ordered the carnivore, bacon, peperoni & sausage. My wife mushroom and sausage. . The pies are not huge but substantial. I had 3 slices and had a half left to take home, same with my wife. Even better cold for breakfast the next day. We felt things were fairly priced and guessing they do a great business evenings and weekends. Give them a try, I think you will be pleased. All those who wander are not lost. from...
