Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cary

Never again will i order from them!! So i placed my order online my husband picked it up... pizza was burned, cheese on top burned, ordered half green pepper .... surprise no peppers, ordered garlic on pizza no garlic. So i call them and was told that they will make me a new pizza and deliver it to me within 30 to 40 minutes ... 1 hour later i call and am told my pizza is waiting for me on the counter ... REALLY.... then im told they dont deliver to me but can make me a new pizza again, not wven a call to tell me they wont deliver to me. I ask for corporates number and am told by staff they dont know the number ... i ask for manager and was placed on hold for 7 minutes with no manager coming to the phone. I then am told i would not be charged for my order ... well well guess whos charge i see in my account....yup dominos. So i have always placed my orders with this location but this was my last time to order from them.... horrendous customer...

I’ll tell you this I will never order from Domino’s especially the Cary’s Domino’s ever again! For one they butcher your pizza. Look how they delivered this pizza. It shows they do not care about their service or customers. They don’t allow you to place orders online with cash payments even for pickup from old accounts with many orders which makes me someone who gets paid in cash difficult to work with and to top it off they use a call center in the Philippines to place an order for a pizza down the road. They are absolutely ridiculous of a company and I will promise I will never order Domino’s ever again. The manager at this place should be...

I've always loved dominos, but ordering from this place made a terrible impression on me. In the application it was written that the waiting time for delivery was 19-29 minutes, I waited an hour and did not receive anything. Even after the message that the driver is delivering your pizza, 45 minutes have passed and I have not received anything. I want to emphasize that this is a problem of this institution and the people who worked there. Waiting for pizza for an hour and a half is terrible and unrealistic. I do not...
