UPDATE* It was a nice run while it lasted.. I'm assuming it's under new management. Absolutely horrible service. It reminds me of back after that first year they opened. I had moved away for 7 years to Carolina Beach & to my amazement when I got back it was cleaner & friendlier than any McDonald's I had ever been to. & They made the absolute best McDonald's food ever. Every single time I came in. Day or night. & Their frappe machine worked all of the time.. To clarify the comment on the employees & manager being rude, when I say rude, I mean, there's rude & then there's whatever this is. It wasn't just one employee- it literally was every single one that I tried to make contact with so I could get my order fixed & then get the right amount of condiments that I needed, which were located behind the counter. It took several trips. The food was under cooked with a slice of unmelted cold cheese on top. I got the Sausage McMuffin. The sausage was barely luke warm, the cheese was cold & unmelted & the sausage & bread weren't warm enough to melt it even slightly & the bread was stail & super hard. Coffee took forever to get and it was literally filled to thee brim so when I took off the lid to add cream & sugar because they wouldn't just add the cream & sugars like I order it they every McDonald's I've pretty much ever been to does since they don't put those condiments out, it spilled all over my hand & the sleeve of my sweatshirt. There was no way around it. It was literally filled to the brim before they put the lid on & sat it on the counter in front of me & just walked away. While the food was barely luke warm, the coffee was scolding hot like McDonald's is well known for. Which is definitely better than cold & old but when I let her know she said it was their policy to fill it to the very brim like that... 😐 Umm...What?..., 🤨?!?? 🙄 Yeah no. 😒 -That's possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from a business to date.. & unbelievably dangerous. Luckily I waited tables & bartended for long enough that I can't feel my hands or my feet anymore so that part worked out well I guess. I had to clean my own booth even though they had just opened within the hour & it was completely empty. There were no other clean tables or booths to choose from. Which I really don't mind wiping down where I'm about to sit but that combined with everything else on multiple visits means that I've now got to find a new place that isn't this.. I guess I'll try next door at Wendy's lol. 🤞😌🤞 The past 3 times I've been in it went from bad to worse to I will definitely deter anyone asking about good places in Cary to go to get a quick bite. It'll be the first thing out of my mouth- anywhere besides this McDonald's location!!! You've been warned lol. Good luck!** (Also, my phone autocorrected the pictures. It makes it look much better & cleaner than it was.)*

Read moreWas told to pull over into parking spot #3 and someone would bring my food out. I didn't catch her name but some young, petite, African American girl wearing glasses comes out with a tray and 3 bags to distribute to all 3 cars who were waiting on our food. She stops at the first car and gives them their bag. Walks over to me and instead of saying the usual "did you have the ...", she asks what did I order. I'm a middle aged female and my mind is starting to get foggy so it literally takes me a moment to gather my thoughts or process something when I'm caught off guard. I paused and said "umm, give me just a second" (super embarrassed) and trying to think of what the hell I just ordered! It took almost 10 seconds for me to remember and say "the chicken biscuit!" I get that it probably made her a bit frustrated standing there but she could have interjected at any time "chicken biscuit?" to which I would have quickly replied yes and she could have been on her way but she chose to stand there like a grade school teacher waiting for me to give the correct answer to the flash card 🙄. After I said chicken biscuit--she slung the bag at me and walked off to the next car. I've witnessed some rude behavior from many fast food workers (young and old) but this one takes the cake. I should have walked right in and complained to her manager right then, but I had somewhere I needed to be so went on. I don't know how many people read a McDonald's review, I know I never have, and none of us are going to stop eating there because of a kid with a bad attitude that most likely won't be working there 6 months from now but hopefully a manager will see this review and keep their eye...
Read moreI write a review over 2 weeks ago and it looks like it's been removed. I never write reviews because I know what it's like to have somebody write a bad review about you. However in this situation I feel like it needs to be said. The manager Amanda is extremely unprofessional and rude. I've had two incidents with her where I haven't said anything rude to her and she is completely off the wall. The first incident I thought that the speaker I was at was not working correctly so when there were no cars I backed up and went to the first one do it she reply before I could even say anything out of my mouth I would have gotten to you you didn't have to back up. I didn't give her my order still not say anything rude the which I am cut off and told first window. I can understand if I was complaining and being argumentative but I literally said nothing to her. Today I waited in the Drive-Thru patiently for 15 minutes she came on the screen twice and told me could you please hold to which I replied yes ma'am take your time. I'm sure from the cameras she could tell I was getting slightly frustrated to which I still did not say anything she then comes back on the speaker without even anybody say anything to her and says you need to calm down there's only two of us in here the witch I pulled off. She should not be in a position of management if she a cannot handle high-pressure situations and be is rude to customers...
