Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Cary

Something must have changed here because the good staff from over the summer are gone. The current employees and manager (Juan) are all incompetent and rude.

Since November we have ordered pizza from them four times and on three of those occasions they have made the pizza wrong with completely incorrect ingredients. I called the other two times and they gave me a credit towards my next visit.

Tonight they made my pizza wrong yet again, despite me telling them at the time I had ordered about the previous mistakes.

I went back and brought the pizza back with me to prove that they made it wrong yet again. Juan was condescending and rude and could not understand why I was upset that my order was wrong because he said that he'd make me another one and I could get it when it was ready. I told him that they will deliver it to my house, because I was not driving back there three times in one night for one pizza due to their incompetence.

The pizza arrived at my house in 40 minutes but it was not completely right, the ingredients were correct, but it wasn't cooked 'well done' as I had ordered originally. I accepted the pizza without complaint because I was starving at that point. (It was an hour and forty minutes from when I had placed my initial order. ) I will be calling corporate and letting them know about the constant issues at...

Good food but they get the order wrong 2/5 times. This time they didn’t even own up to the mistake. They just offered me my pasta and didn’t even recognize that we had 2 other pizzas coming. When I said I had 2 pizzas with my order they talked amongst themselves, and it was clear that they hadn’t started making our pizzas yet. The manager came over saying I arrived early; which i arrived within the time window that was texted to me. They then took the next 22 min to cook my pizza, with the manager ultimately saying that my pizzas took longer. I understand mistakes, and even if the pizzas were truly already in the oven just own and apologize that the food is not or will not be ready within the time window that is provided. I wish this was the first time that we have had issues but we have ordered from there several times a month for the past few years and they regular get something about our order wrong. Stay away from Rosati's Pizza of Cary.

That place is a bad joke. We ordered a Cheef (Italian beef), a burger, chicken tenders, and a chopped salad.

The Cheef was so overcooked it was inedible. The bread was rock hard and falling apart, and the beef was completely dried out and disgusting.

My son's hamburger was WAY overcooked. Literal hockey puck. Also, the bun was hard and dried out.

My wife's chopped salad was missing HALF of the advertised ingredients, most notably, the grilled chicken.

When my wife called to address the issue, she was told "Oh, sorry, we ran out of chicken and I guess I'm sorry about the other stuff missing from your salad."

WTF? First of all, why would you not tell someone who's ordering a menu item that you don't have the correct ingredients to make the menu item?

This is not the first time we've had these kind of problems with this location. However, it will be the last time we have those problems. We will not be patronizing that...
