Barro's Pizza — Restaurant in Casa Grande

Absolutely horrible experience.. I would have given zero stars if possible.. phone girls were nice assistant manager Mike has horrible customer service and is so rude to customer. I made order for delivery and they said would be here within the hour.. (I live 5 minutes away) it took an hour and 40 minutes to get here and the food was cold. I called to make complaint they said They would send food but it would take another hour. I was on the way home from work so I said I would just pick up.. they replaced the food and then called me to insult me and tell me I wasn’t welcome to order anymore with no explanation what so ever and then hung up on me when I tried to ask.. I called back to ask for mikes supervisor and was hung up on again.. not only was first order cold.. the replacement wasn’t even correct... I now have an understanding exactly how hard it is to dip a chicken wing into sauce. I just can’t seem to figure out how their mistake is my fault.. feed back...

Came in to place a to-go order. Ordered and paid. (8:01pm on receipt) Server said it would be ready in 20min. Went next door to Frys to grab a few things and came back at 8:20. Walked in and asked server (a different person-only one up there) if my order for pizza and wings were ready, she said no it was being made. Okay. So I continued to wait for another 20min. (8:42pm) Getting impatient now... Tell the server that I was told 20min but it's been 40min... Where is my order? She says "Oh! Is it for (another name)?" Nope. Not me. She then goes to the back to check for my order and comes back with my food! It had been sitting there for the 20min I had been waiting! Poor communication between switching servers...Your "sorry about that" doesn't fix my steam soaked bag of wings and my not so fresh pizza. Annoyed and will not...

When we first walked up we noticed right away almost every outside table had not been cleaned and had plates/food on them. Inside the floor had not been vaccumed at all looked like all day. We ordered a peperoni pizza and a supreme. The peperoni had onions and some mushrooms here an there in it but otherwise was a great pizza. The supreme wasnt bad but wasnt the best ive had at Barro's. We ordered wings they were excellent. We also ordered some Mozerella sticks (they were out of salad) that tasted burnt due to old fryer grease. My overall experience here was probably a 6 out of 10. Come on guys your food is usually better than this what happened to your quality of service ? I spent 63$ of my hard earned money and fell like i got 20$...
