Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Casa Grande

I hate this chick fil a. The messed up orders I receive on a regular basis, the lack of great managers, the light iced lemonades still having regular ice and getting a nasty look when you ask them to change it, closing up shop early... one time an hour before close and having no lemonade or salads... and today’s lack luster service, I’ve had it. I was at a chick fil a 2 weeks ago and they had someone outside delivering orders from the window to the car, literally a foot and the guy was happy doing it. Today I went and asked about teacher appreciation discount or free sandwich and it is fine that they don’t have it. The look I got from the woman manager and smirk I got from the guy manager when I asked them to possibly bring it up to someone who can change it for next year was disgusting. I already think the managers are not good but when they are noticeably disrespecting customers thats Unreasonable; especially when you pay 26 bucks for 2 people to eat. I live 20 minutes outside of CG in AZCity and I hope this chick fil a gets some new managers or some training in customer service.

I gave you a two star because when I realize my order is messed up y’all usually compensate with a free sandwich or nuggets card but dang I just want my order right and good managers who can at least sympathize with a customer who has a valid complaint or suggestion. Haven't had Chick-Fil-A in years for some odd reason. When I did I thought that it was just sort of an average chicken sandwich. I thought it was just an okay sandwich at that time. I dont know what the deal was. I was probably just young and more reckless back then, maybe I didn't know any better back then. Today though, I decided to try it out while passing by and I ordered a random meal because i didn't know the menu too well. I was quick about my order too when i was asked what i wanted. And i just watched everyone else in the drive thu makes speedy deals and make their way to their chicken tendie dealer. "In my head my inner consciousness was like these people are pros... They know ! Drive thu's aren't supposed to be this fast you fool" My palms began to moisten my heart rate suddenly spiked. It was so intense. Because i was cracking under pressure and i sort of murmured "I dont know.... I dont know the menu.. And then i was quickly handed one. In the end i didn't get the dipping sauce that i ordered. So that bridge has been burned I'll never forget about that. But it was actually a satisfying meal. My sandwich looked impressive when i unveiled it from the depths of its confinement. Commute from Tucson to phx pretty much daily and I decide to stop in a couple times a week, going to probably change that as everytime I come here since I'm waiting 20+ min just for a couple burritos. Not only do I wait but they make me pull over to curb side. Defiently frustrating. I even gave them 10 min before I posted this after waiting in line for another 10+ min. People I know always say it's a waste of time stopping at this location.. starting to believe it

Update: came back to update to one star as I was there for little over 30 min. I finally got fed up and went inside and got a refund. Didnt even take the food. Again for 2 burritos. Had 2 customers that ordered after me get their food that was obviously more than my 2 burritos. So yea just going to stop in at my nearest Tucson or phx location so I dont waste anymore time.

Update No.2: I should've learned my lesson the last time but came back late from phx and was hungry so decided to see if anything changed. Something did change and it was worse. Bathrooms are complete mess and out of order and now I am sitting here now waiting over 15 min to get my order in and another 15 min on food. Only one register was open and no sense of urgency. Hopefully this will finally be the last straw where I remember this...
