I typically do not write negative reviews but this has happened to me repeatedly from this particular Colstone using DoorDash. I ordered a love it size ice cream and received half a cup of ice cream for $24. This has happened to me repeatedly. Given how many times I’ve been burned now, I will no longer be ordering through DoorDash from cold Stone. It clearly shows that the crew at this particular store don’t care about the DoorDash orders And pour oversight of their management.I would be wary unless you don’t mind paying 25 bucks for half a cup of ice cream. We had cold stone here in casa grande when they opened. We did have a bad experience with the way they made it. It was wrong what we ordered. We spoke to the manager and the owner called us and said he would like to comp us with what ordered for free. It has been months since we had made it back. They still had us down for the free ice cream and let me tell you what. It was amazing and the manager Kate had made it for us. I love Coldstones ice cream first of all. They have the best mixture of flavors. But today, they went above and beyond!! I had an online order last night, which an item was missing from my order. I live out maybe 20 minutes out from the store, so I wasn't able to make it out to get my missing item. The manager is who I spoke with. Very nice lady. She was able to accommodate me.
