Friendly fast service. Feels good to be able to get a seat rather than wait in a half hour line, obvious that many of the clientele are regulars. Been in business since the 40's, this location since the mid 80's, still the same family running the business. Quiet atmosphere, you can visit with friends and family without having to yell across the table! The food is delicious and a great value, so much yummy food on your plate for still a reasonable price not lime so many of the chain restaurants that seem to hike their prices by 20% each time you visit. Be sure to put Ochoa's on your list of restaurants to visit.

Not bad, but not great. Took an "old" buddy that lived in Casa Grande years ago, and he always ate at Ochoas and he wanted to go back. We stopped in for lunch and say down right away. We ordered a couple of Ice Teas and when we got our drinks we also got a small bowl of chips and some chips. Salsa was delicious, but the chips tasted "oily" and burnt. My ground beef taco was full of ground beef and wasn't bad, just nothing special. My ground beef Enchilada was also good, but not great. My "old" buddy loved it and really enjoyed going back.

For anyone familiar with this long standing establishment, Ochoa's is reopened, and just as delicious as ever. You can taste the care in every bite, the recipes are the same family recipes used for decades, made from scratch. If you haven't been here, now is the time to give it a try! The service was great, it was busy, all available hands were taking care of the guests. The main dining room had a relaxing atmosphere with fresh decor and lighting.

This pains me to write. I have been coming to this establishment since I was in diapers. I knew they were recently shut down by the health department (not surprising), but when they reopened, I was excited! It turned out to be a really awful experience. $7 for a cheese crisp that was literally only tortilla. The rice was atrocious! No flavor, no texture. The salsa is very oregano heavy. The margaritas were basically all sweet and sour, OH! And our waitress overcharged us for them! Make sure to check the math before paying! Of course, we spoke to our waitess about our concerns first. She just shrugged and said, "I'll let him know." No offers to replace it, or take it off the bill. When we went to pay, we expressed our concerns to the young man at the front. We barely touched the cheese crisp. I have absolutely no issues paying for the things that I ate and drank. However, I was not about to pay for the item I didn't eat and expressed my dissatisfaction about. The manager was childish. Stating that we TOUCHED the cheese crisp... Of course, we TRIED it. He basically laughed in our face. He tried to say they have been that way for years. We have been going to this establishment since they were in old town. They absolutely have not always been like that. I get they might be having a hard time since reopening, but to treat loyal customers with such disrespect was very disappointing. I'll stick to Ricardos and Little Sombrero. Hopefully, they can drop their pride and take some constructive criticism because I really do want this place to survive. I'm just not sure if my family or friends will be going back after...

I went onto the website ordered the fried chicken for pick up. On the actual ochoas website the price was $6.75. Thinking that was a good price we ordered 2 orders. We got home and my husband asked how much was it? I answered $38.48. He said why so much when the price in the website is $6.75? I called back and tried to talk to the manager. He said that the owner is his sister. It is her website. He had nothing to do with that and that you can't buy anything for that price. I asked do you understand that is false advertisement? He said he can't help with that. I asked please refund the $14 less than half of what I was charged He said no. He said he had nothing to do with it that he can't talk to his sister about the change because hey have family issues. I can't help their issues but he can help with the customer service and refunds. He just refused even though the food was cooked in old grease just to be courteous he could have done it but of course an ignorant child running this place must be the reason it is so slow on business and going down hill. BEWARE if you order off the website it is not the actual price! This is the last time we will go there. The food is not worth it. The salsa is canned and who puts lettuce and tomatoes under a fried chicken meal!!! WHO?? Gordon Ramsey would have a field day here! I just read in in a previous review that they would not even do a partial discount on burnt food that a long time customer received. I guess that's what happens when service is bad business is slow and they are hard...

I had bought lunch today for Bosses Day and was charged $115. Thankfully, I was able to take pictures of the written receipt. It took my coworker awhile to figure out their mistake. They over charged us for 5 tacos. Not 1. Not 2...but 5. I ordered the albondiga soup. I was charged $8 for a small when their menu online says $3.25. Plus, I had to pay $3 more for rice in my soup. That part was kind of comical actually. I also ordered 1/2 order of chicken fajitas. I guess when you order this, you only get tortillas with it. On the online menu, it's supposed to come with both rice & beans. And when we ordered, my coworker asked if I wanted those, and the person on the other end asked which one. So when I said beans, and then rice after, and my coworker said rice, the person said "rice too?". So apparently rice & beans don't come with the fajitas anymore. Obviously, I didn't get the rice because I realized there would be an extra charge. I've been coming to this place for a very long time. The place was great when the first owner was around, and was still great when the young lady ran it. I have no idea what happened. Unfortunately, I will not be going back, nor will I allow my boss to want to go back there again. So disappointing! Even my daughter went there the day before, ordered the soup, and had the same reaction. She said it was greasy and had literally only two spoonful's of rice. I guess I was lucky to have a little more...I guess.

Update: I was wrong. My coworker said it was 6 tacos. 6!!!! Really???!...
