I have been to this Starbucks many times without any issues but today was horrible. There were 3-4 people behind the counter, with only one person actually working. No one greeted me or asked to help me until the employee who was actively making a drink, asked another employee who appeared to be doing nothing if she was going to help me. This employee said "I guess so" and reluctantly came over to take my order. I ordered my usual drink and paid for it. When I received it, it was literally less than half full. I was very confused and asked why it was only half full. I was told very rudely that it was because I ordered the drink without ice. I have ordered the same drink probably once a week, every week for the past 3 years and have never been given half a cup. I have even ordered this drink at this location, the other Starbucks in town, in Chandler, Gilbert, in California and in other states and never been given half a drink because of my choice of no ice. Why am I paying almost $7 for half of a drink--not to mention the upcharge for choice of milk too.
Update: I contacted Starbucks and they were apologetic and added money back to my app. They told me that I should have received 24 oz since I paid for a 24 oz cold drink. I contacted them to make sure this wasnât a new policy of some kind. It is not a new policy. I should not have received...
   Read moreI go to this Starbucks once a week while I grocery shop and there is always an issue! That being the staff their really must hate their life because they are ALWAYS rude! I deal with it because I want my stuff and to leave but Iâve lived here for 4 years and itâs never not been this way. They donât greet you, usually continues working until a costumer speaks up than that always have an attitude and a snarky comment. I wait 30 minutes for a mobile order not one person answered a question of when or where it would be ready and when I finally got my drink the worker told her worker next to her âfinally she got her drink and can now leaveâ and she said it in front of the 15 costumers she had waiting and refused to help any of them so they were all getting angry. When she rang it up at a lower price, I questioned the size, âIs that a large?â She nodded. At the pickup window, I saw it was the smaller size but didnât say anything. She set it down, and I asked for the straw that fits the pearls. She said she didnât have any âat the moment.â She pointed to the small straws (that the pearls wonât fit through).
