Wendy's — Restaurant in Casa Grande

I placed an order through the app, received my conf. and receipt. But when I arrived to pick up my order, the employee at the register informed me they didn't receive the order and just shrugged as if to say, "oh well". I asked what we could do to resolve the issue, as obviously I wasn't leaving without food or a refund. After going back and forth with the employee, he proceeded to basically tell me there was nothing he can do, despite me showing him my receipt with payment info and, yes, the correct location. Still, it wasn't his problem, he had a could-care-less demeanor, and he never attempted to involve a mgr himself. Once I insisted on speaking to the mgr, Tiff, she quickly and appropriately addressed the issue thankfully, she had my order made for me and I was on my way shortly after. Why in the world did I have to deal with blatant idiocy and poor customer service from the first employee when it was such an easy fix?? The attitude and lack of customer service from this initial employee left the worst taste in my mouth, despite the food actually tasting decent... which is why I gave 3 stars,...

Fries were severely under cooked.. I would have to dig them in the field to get them anymore under cooked. Also got a single asked for mayo, pickle and onion, no cheese. Got 1 strip of onion, 1 pickle. Oh yeah and they put cheese on it. I'm updating this on 4-10-23. No it's no better its gotten worse. This is the 3rd time in the last 5 days I've gone there between 5 and 7 pm to get a baked potatoes, guess what happened. All three times they were out of baked potatoes. I asked if they were going to have them anymore and was told it takes an hour to do baked potatoes. Ok I understand that when did you run out, about 45 minutes to an hour ago. I asked why they didn't put the in when they ran out and no one would answer me. I think I'll contact Wendy's Corp and ask if they have ever thought about putting a Wendy's in CG. Oh by the way one of these visits they were also out of salads. The problem here is there were 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me so I had to wait until they left...

I'm 67 years old and couldn't remember the last time I tried a Wendy's burger, so the wife and I decided to stop by. We decided to sit in the dining room.

I had a Dave's Single and fries, the wife got a Jr. Cheeseburger. The wait time for the food was actually pretty quick. The restaurant was clean, but the decor was like a '80 fast food dining room. Really nothing special.

My hamburger was fine, tasty, no complaints. It looks like a Famous Star from Carl's jr. Unfortunately, I think I prefer the Carl's burger better because the sauce they put on it. My fries were crispy and pretty tasty. Not McDonald's fries but pretty darn good! Probably could have used just a tad more salt.

My wife's burger was also good. On par with a McDonald's cheeseburger.

Bottom line. Good food, clean and quick friendly service. I wouldn't go out of my way for another but if I was with someone who wanted to stop by, I...
