I've been there quite a few times before. As a child the owner was alright but somehow he just became rude after a while. There was a time when I was 19(9 years ago) and there was an 800 dollar Jackson on the wall that I really wanted. I brought $850 dollars with me and jammed out on it for about 5 minutes, the owner came up to me and said "If you put one scratch on this I'm going to make you pay for it, do you understand?" I know I look young and I looked about 15 at the time but there have been several times(like yesterday{let me play for 4 minutes and told my party to leave when I wanted to buy a practice amp}) that I brought money in to make a purchase of over 300 dollars and he makes me uncomfortable or says something rude. I took those same basses to Guitar Center in Tempe a few weeks earlier, which they did a terrible job on all 4 basses, not mention I was grossly over charged. The knowledge & attention of detail these guys have is not easy to find with Luthier/ Guitar Techs. I collect Basses & will take all my basses to De-No Music Center. (They are very reasonably priced as well De-No...
