So we had heard about this fun place called Fowling and couldn't wait to check it out! We love being active and drinking cheap beers so this was right up my alley... I knew from reading about this place that they didn't have a kitchen so we stopped off at JT'S and got a pizza before rolling in and got some coffees at Starbucks as well for a boost.
This was when things went sour... We walked in ready to get the night started and the first smiling face we see is the bouncer who starts off by waving his hand up at us and tells us we have to get rid of our coffees asap pretty rudely. (I assume it's because we could have put shots of alcohol in them) so we start chugging. Then we make a bit of small talk, kindly telling the bouncer that we got tripped up by the bringing in outside food/drink rule and then... He cuts us off and says "NO. you need to either throw the coffee in the trash right now or exit the premises". Wow. First guy we talked to and first impression of this business. His name is Phillip I think?
At the end of the day, I understand that rules are rules but the way that he delivered information was very abrasive and unprofessional especially as a new business about to let in 6 men and women ready to have an awesome night playing this Fowling game... A smile goes such a long way... That's all im saying. Aside from that, we had a decent time but couldn't shake the sourness of this bro basically making us feel dumb and telling us to leave before we get 2 steps...

Went back tonight and the guy up front was rude and insisted on searching my girlfriends purse we allowed them to look in it then we left. I will never spend my money at this place again, I go to plenty of bars and I’ve never had someone ask to search us. If you’re having trashy customers bring in drink maybe cater and market to people that aren’t trash just a thought! I know many places would love to have our money. This place never will again! No response needed you know you have some...
Read moreThis is a very interesting way to spend some time. I would recommend going for your first time during “off” hours- or basically during the day because my first experience was during a Friday and it was packed and super overwhelming. I went another time during off hours and it was far more enjoyable- didn’t have to worry about stepping in someone else’s spilled beer or being hit in the head by another teams ball, and you could actually hear each other. The place itself is ok, and don’t be deceived by the board near the bar- they do in fact have non-alcoholic...
