McDonald's — Restaurant in Casper

It was my daughters graduation so we wanted to celebrate at mcMcDonald a very classic place for any occasion. Upon arrival the place was filthy. The play area was so dirty and disgusting I didnt want my children playing in there. We had requested a clean up of the one of the long tables and this is where the problem started. The assistant manager made NO attempt to clean the play room all the tables were filthy and sullied with "who knows what" the garbages were both full to the brim people stacked trash upon trash, Mind you the place was not very busy at all. The assistant manager decided to go for a smoke break after not doing what we asked giving my family dirty looks. We go to order and it just seemed like none of the staff wanted to work everyone seemed so frustrated. Mind you the assistant manager made it clear that the play area closes at 9pm and yet this was not instructed to anyone else but MY family and she still made ZERO effort to clean the area for us. We decided to migrate outside of the play area and everything was filthy the tables chairs and drink machine were a mess. Upon departure from such a horrible eating condition an entire fresh bag of cup lids were hurled from the line nearly striking my son in his face, there were also another child there as well. I looked at my son dead in the face and said "we got to get out of here!" No apologies were made or anything until I spoke and asked "how come you're throwing things? We come to give you business and this the treatment we get?" Mind you the manager blatantly lied and said the manager was not present. The guy named Frank tried to justify his anger towards MY FAMILY due to an angry customer. If this was the case then why throw something at us? My family was nothing but nice and they made a decent amount off of our patronage only so we can be treated worse than the garbage in the play area. We come to McDonald’s mainly for the breakfast because it’s really good but also because our kids like it. Today I was picking up lunch for my son who is at school. I wanted a meal for the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and she had just charged me for the sandwich and a small drink to start with. And I mentioned I wanted it in a meal rather, with a small.

The lady taking my order was very very rude. (I guess there is a reason they work at McDonalds) however, she stated that I wasn’t allowed to order a small with the meal-which I misunderstood her at first so I repeated myself that I wanted a small and she literally yelled at me through the intercom. So I proceeded to ask her why I can’t do that and she continued to yell at me that they cant do a small with the meal and didn’t explain why still at that point. So I paid for a meal with a medium drink (that I didn’t even get) as well as paid for a small drink on top of that. Then once I got to the window to get the food she slammed the window open and through her hand out for me to get the drink. Like seriously? Is your life that bad that you have to project your immaturity and bad mood onto customers? On top of all that they didn’t even try to make it better or fix it! I understand this is just a fast food place and you can’t expect anything more but still. Wort service EVER!

I tell you what, the service these days that you get is absolutely insane! Not even just at McDonalds but just in general. I have gotten the worst service from McDonalds employees more than once and more than other places. People like that suck and shouldn’t be allowed to work with customers.

The worse experience of my life. I want in today at 1130-12noon. I had a three year old with me. As I was sitting there finishing my lunch ( my three year old had already finished and was playing) this lady emptying the trash ( looks like a guy later was told a female) went by with a very full trash can. I'm sitting there enjoying my lunch and she goes by hitting me with not only the trash can but the bag. I got up dumped what was left of my lunch ( i wasn't going to eat anymore after that) and called for my little one. I was sitting outside the play area watching him through the Windows. I was sitting at the table close to the door of the play area and the condiments. I walked over to the counter and asked to talk to a manager her name was Michelle I told her what had just happened she said she would take care of it and talk to the lady. I finished getting my three year old ready to leave as I was leaving the stupid employee that was emptying the trash confronted me. I grabbed my three year olds hand and tried to leave she is standing there making it hard. Now you have to realize I wasn't the only person in the building ( it's lunch time). I finally make a run for the other door and leave getting my three year old in his seat to leave. I picked up my phone and looked up the number on the internet for the McDonald's I called as I left the parking lot. Again I got michelle on the phone. My point being I WON'T BE BACK I'll go to...
