Diamond Chicken — Restaurant in Casselberry

I did uber eats and received wings quick because I’m 3 minutes away. I requested extra extra crispy. Wings were fatty and gelatinous still. I get to go wings are going to suffer a bit in transport, but this was beyond that. Sauces were Kens brand packaged stuff. Buffalo sauce was greasy bottled up generic brand trash. If you specialize in wings, double fry them and cook them right. Make your own ranch and blue cheese it’s cheaper and shows some effort to serve something made that wasn’t delivered in a Sysco truck. Use some Franks or something legit for hot/buffalo instead of jarred up generic stuff. I have 6 brands of hot sauce in my fridge so I know what’s off brand. If you don’t do wings right, then don’t sell wings!!! Just because you fry a wing and dump some crappy sauce on them served with packaged dipping sauces is like ordering from Pizza Hut. And they may have been worse than that. Not impressed at all and would not order here again. Sorry for being straight up! It wasn’t just the wing texture. I just moved to the area and while searching for places to eat this place kept coming up but it's s little out of the way from my location. Last night I was nearby and decided if was time to get this for dinner. Let me tell you I'm sorry I ever waited. The food was incredible. I got the chicken bowl and it was fresh and amazing. Fluffiest rice I've ever had, chicken was well seasoned and the toppings were great. The white sauce is simply amazing. I ordered it "to-go" and when I got home I very quickly realized how huge the portions are, but the prices are surprisingly low. I easily will make two meals out of it, possibly three of I can control myself. If all this wasn't enough, the gentleman who waited on me and prepared my meal was so kind. This might be my absolute favorite new place to eat and it's relatively close to my work, so it will be a great lunch spot. Overall, amazing experience and can't wait...
