Sold a counterfeit battery

Update: Per the response I received, tried calling several times for a manager. Never get one. Have not had time to actually stop by, but considering a manager is never available over the phone I don’t think going in person would be beneficial either.

The battery was confirmed counterfeit by the manufacturer and I’ve physically seen the difference between an authentic one and the one sold to me. The one sold by Climax also had electrical issues which could cause serious harm. This included audible fizzing and bubbling sounds when it was turned on, and the light indicators on both the battery and the usb charger adapter would become erratic when connected to power.

The associates at the store were generally nice and knowledgeable when I went in but after purchasing this product and the way the follow up as gone, I have lost trust in what this...

Bought a crappy cart they would not let me exchange for a better one I usually get even if I paid the difference between the 2 (mind you, these carts are cheap like 5.99 but still) It wasnt like I bought it in the morning and came back close to closing time, I literally got home from the smoke shop, tried it, and went right back not even 30 min in total. There is no exchange policy so I warn everyone who likes carts DO NOT BUY RG (Rolled Green) delta 8 carts. I was recommended these by a store employee and they SUCK. Leaking reservoir, awful flavor(burnt cotton), and of course (drum roll please) . . .

Weak coils that burn out on the first hit!!!! You gotta love it!!

My final photo shows the black coil. The air bubble forms almost immediately upon taking a hit so all your doing is burning cotton. Shout out to climax for the awesome cart...

Very unhappy customer..

I was just there to make a purchase. The cashier started out being really helpful and nice until I made the purchase. Once I notice the price I was being charged I nicely asked if I could please receive a refund seeing that I have not left the store yet, the cashier proceeded to rudely explain all sales are final, I admit it was my fault for not immediately reading the posted signs. He then said he would call his boss to see if it was ok. I patiently waited and called back to see if I could, but the guy never made the phone call. I’ve been loyal customer for years and taken back by the way I was treated. I was up charged extremely high for something I normally buy and the cashier blamed Covid and that he’s only been working there for a year. 😔 HIGHLY RECOMMEND BALD GUY SMOKE SHOP!!.. right down the street....
