Staff there is great . Could never really complain about them always get me the tire shine in a bottle when I need most of the time they recognize my car coming in and bring it to me without even asking when they see me park up get me extra towels when I need I mean again they’re great 👍🏽 ,

Now the negative review really stems from the fact that I go constantly almost every 3-4 days or whenever I’m near as I have the monthly membership as I have for a few months now . Although every-time I go in idk if it’s the water they’re using or the chemicals but it’s constantly leaving a thicc disgusting film on my car and wheels. Iv buffed and waxed my car to get it out And then upon return it stains the paint and the wheels again. And it’s like a white/brownish stain too almost like dirty car water just stained into the paint and wheels . And when going threw the carwash tunnel it’s smells like straight sewer water which I’m wondering is what’s causing the stains /messing up my paint , wheels . I was hoping with the renovation it would’ve been fixed but seems the issue has yet to be addressed/ fixed. And idk why but the carwash has also been closed on days it says open with no sign stating reason for closed or closed early and this has happened already multiple times and isn’t the days that they have on the sign saying they’d be closed for repairs/renovations. All in all I would really wish they’d FIX THE ISSUE of water staining / dirty water whatever it is that keeps ruining my paint and wheels. As I’m tired of having to pay a real detail place to constantly fix what this car wash does to my paint and wheels . As I pay monthly for there car wash to then have to spend the extra money every time somewhere else the same week to correct the staining of paint .I shouldn’t have to go somewhere else to get my car cleaned correctly if I’m paying for a membership at wash city Car wash and not to mention their memberships start at what most carwash places charge for their premium service but here they charge you same price for basic which if your going to be charging that much should be giving these kind of issues as “you pay for what you get” . Aswell as we aren’t even offered a partial refund for the month they’re doing the repairs/ renovations that they have it closed . Cus if I pay for the entire month I should be able to come the entire month , if not discounted rate or partial refund for the month wouldve been decent to make up for the inconvenience of them being closed . Although when I asked about it I was told they don’t issues refunds/ discounted rates “just because they were closed” . Which to me isn’t right nor does that make sense . If the issues not fixed within reasonable timeframe from this review I will be canceling my membership with them and start looking for another car wash , aswell as informing the locals and friends and family about the same issues this car wash will give .For those looking to come to this car wash expect the experience I stated above. For the ones who don’t believe me bring a dark colored vehicle in and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about . Really disappointing . Please fix the issues I know company’s can afford to fix the problem rather than loose the same customers that keep...

The crew at this location is awesome, very nice group of folks! The assistant manager (or manager I'm not sure what he is there) he is one of the only reasons why I still come to this car wash. He's an amazing person and if I had my own business I'd try to hire him immediately! He puts a smile on my face....

What doesn't put a smile on my face...... When I pull up to the car wash and it's closed for random stuff.... The redesign/renovation a few months ago is not what I'm talking about either. Today I pulled up and there's some sort of crew working on the car wash.... This is not the first... or even the second time this has happened.... This car wash is closed on days when I need it the most. Any type of maintenance on the car wash should be done overnight or super early in the morning before the wash opens. Now I gotta drive out of my way to a different car wash.... MAJOR inconvenience.

Also the car wash doesn't get my car fully clean, I still have dirt spots on my car when I go through the wash. Rims stay dirty no matter what wash you buy. I miss the car washes that used to have people washing your rims for you. The tire gloss goes all over my wheel wells and the side of my car. That's why I stopped buying the car wash with the tire gloss and just get the regular.

You can go try the wash out for yourself right now.... But there's a chance it could be closed for some random reason. If you came to this car wash during business hours and it's closed, mark this review as helpful or thumbs up...

It did an alright job detail wise, definitely better than most of the touch less auto car washes. As a heads up towards owners of lowered vehicles, the end of wash is not lower car friendly, as there is a big metal block about 2 inches peaking up.

I did the $25 service to see how it performs against my usual car wash place I had one of the workers come out and greet me as well help select the product which is always nice. Had another worker guide me correctly onto the belt to make sure I was straightened out properly.

This now leads on about the conveyor belt, it's an amazing idea, and was very well execute, I had no complaints about using it. Especially the speed of it was perfect to time along all the brushes, as well spray nozzles. The best part was being able to see the brushes they use actually get into tougher spots most machine washers would miss.

Towards the end as mentioned above there is a metal block, which makes it very anti low car friendly. It took about 25-30 seconds for the line worker to realize my car was stuck, and had to stop the machine. Luckily I was able to drive off of it and prevent any major damage from happening.

The final product came out alright, hopefully I can get pictures on the morning to show it. Besides that I would definitely go again if the block...
