The manager Miguel if that is his real name should NOT be a manager at this location 1265 State Rd 436 Casselberry Fl. My aunt whom is disabled and unable to see needed a little time to understand what she wanted from the menu. Mr. Miguel thought that we were taking to long to order so he rushed us through the drive thru. Mr. Miguel was very rude, nasty, and very impatient because he had to add or remove items from the order because my uncle changed his mind on an item. Mr. Miguel felt that he was waisting time taking our order. I understand time is the issue but with disabled individuals it takes time to order. Especially if they are unable to see. Mr. Miguel thought that his response to me was appropriate. Miguel as a General Manager myself I would never be rude to a customer because my staff is watching me. I did notice that your person in the grill needed to see what we were talking about and came close to the window to hear. Mr. Miguel leading by example is so important. I never write reviews but this one is warranted. Next time just please be patient with customers. You do not know that for instance my aunt and uncle are disabled and need maybe a little time to place an order. Don't make them think they need to be rushed or if she is a bother to someone because it takes her some time to place her order. My uncle also got nervous and really did not want his food because he felt you might do something to it. People should never have to feel this way. Just because the MANAGER feels customers are taking to long to order. Patience and being polite with amazing customer service is the key to success. That's my advise. They really wanted Taco Bell after not going for a few months.

Had to return my first order of a burrito supreme, which had extra onions and extra sour cream that I paid for and a softshell taco with extra sour cream and onions as well ,when I opened up the burrito there was no tomato, no onions, no extra sour cream at all no lettuce no cheese and I was paying for a burrito supreme ,so I took it through the drive-through. They told me to bring it up to the window which I did and then I get this back ,which you can’t even pick it up to eat it because it’s so sloppy and there’s hardly any meat in it. It’s all beans And it’s just horrible. Horrible service here and the attitudes are horrible. The girl inside start yelling get going and move it move it move it. There’s other cars behind you, very very rude. Corporate needs to see how Taco Bell employees are serving their food to customers that they pay for with their hard earned money. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves for not training their employees better on how to put together a burrito that you can actually hold without any slop on the outside of it. This place is horrible and the employees need an attitude adjustment except for the one boy he was polite. You can tell they’re only there for a paycheck they can care less about their job and their service ,corporate definitely needs to come and visit the store. It’s pretty sad when you have to try to re-wrap your food and you can’t because it’s too wet with all the slop on it. It got thrown in the trash thank you very much Taco Bell.

Im in the middle of a trifecta of Taco Bells… 17-92, Tuskawilla and this one. I thought my love was Tuskawilla BUT I just went to THIS Taco Bell by the Walmart after 15hrs of working today and what a pleasant experience from start to finish! Tyler took my order accurately and had a good laugh with me, Ken cashed me out and was the sweet polite gentleman but Aesha takes the cake (I had to call back to get their names) Its impossible for me to get vegetarian food late night in this area so I spun the wheel of luck bc the Veggie Power Bowl is 90% of the time a MISS at the other locations. Aesha, with the hands of a baby angel, prepared the most well portioned bowl I’ve ever had. Its looks like something out of Don Julio’s….I had to include pic. I will go to bed with a smile on my face tonight! I dont think people compliment them enough but complain all the time…fast food workers with this level of dedication should be praised!! Thank you :-)

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this location. It seems offering poor customer service has become a trend at fast casual dining restaurants. I had a sleepover at my house. My niece & her friend wanted Taco Bell. I came to this new location close to Lake Howell. I ordered 3 soft tacos. 1 no cheese, extra beef. A chicken power bowl no cheese, extra lettuce & pico de gallo. A Power bowl steak burrito no guacamole or pico, add extra lettuce, & 2 spicy tostadas, Chipotle sauce on the side. I checked my food prior to leaving the window. My order was incorrect. There was cheese on the power bowl & no sour cream. The tostadas came with the Chipotle sauce on the tostadas & not on the side as I'd ordered. I gave the the order back to the drive thru cashier, a young black man w/ braces and a fade. I waited for them to correct their mistakes & was told the items were remade. I pulled away and realized I'd forgot to check the the Power bowl steak burrito. I pulled to the side & checked to find that it was lacking extra lettuce & had only a few pieces of cheese. By this time the drive thru had about 8 additional cars waiting to be served. I parked my vehicle & walked up to the window. I couldn't go inside because it was after Midnight and the dining room was closed. I informed the drive thru cashier of the error, he closed the window to speak with the a female cook with curly brown hair. I'd been standing there for 5 minutes when the mosquitoes began to bite and the exhaust from the driver of a Mercedes also waiting for her order, made me hot. I decided to go sit in my car & continue waiting. About 3 minutes later I noticed the cashier come back to the window with a small bag. I approached the window & asked if the bag he sat next to the register was for me and if he'd expected me to stand at the window waiting. With a smirk on his face he answered, "yea". After waiting over 10 minutes, anyone who eats Taco Bell knows once it gets cold it isn't the best tasting. I told him I wanted a refund and went back to my car to retrieve the rest of the order. When I returned, he told me he couldn't give me a refund at that time because he had to finish all the orders in the drive thru first. I told him that I'd been there before all those cars drove up and that had my order been correct from the beginning we wouldn't be having our current conversation. I heard the female cook in the back tell the cashier to close the window. He told me I'd have to sit in my car until he cleared the drive thru. I told him telling me to wait any longer was asinine! He said, "what do you want me to do ma'am"? Give me my freakin REFUND! He handed me my cold food, my debit card and closed the window. He offered ABSOLUTELY NO apology. I was irritated! I didnt want cold food, so I threw it on the ground in the drive thru and drove home! At the very least an apology may have helped, I will never know because I didnt receive one. I still...

I hope I dont run out of room. This place has consistently ruined my appetite for Taco Bell. My wife and I both frequent it often and will now go out of the way for a different Bell. Overnight staff is rude, lazy and I'm guessing high. When they run out of stuff, they don't prep more. Trashes are always full and roaches roam freely. The night crew is always slow and sloppy. Our food is rarely what we order. So we tried the morning shift, Staff is by far more friendly, but only to the customers our order is correct but slow, the food is definitely cooked in burned grease. You can taste it in the chips, shells, ect...A woman who I believe is the manager yells constantly at her staff to get orders out faster but I have never seen the woman. She does it from the office. And really makes me uncomfortable to eat in the lobby with the way she screams at them. So my wife and I decided to try drive through for breakfast and that seems to be a task in it's own. The hours of operation may say 9 am but that's on a perfect day. I have been there as late as 10:07 and it still wasn't open and there were cars waiting in drive thru. Lunch shift does get hectic as they never seem to have enough people, orders slow although mine has been correct 95%of the time. Then again that's when I hear screaming from the back to make orders faster but the woman won't get up and help. I bet she has a tough time keeping employees. This stuff is just at the top of my head. Out of the multiple times my wife had frequented this Taco Bell, we had to stop, especially after we saw a dirty lobby continually and roaches running around in...
