I used the Chipotle mobile app for pickup in the drive thru. I was forced to use their mobile app no matter what as quesadillas can only be ordered from the app. However when I placed my order with apple pay, the app sent me straight back to my order with no receipt, and no indication of my order being completed. But guess what? Of course they still charged my bank. I showed the app and my bank account to the manager and they said to try again and that they’ll refund one of the purchases — So i try again. I pay with apple pay, the app sends me back to my cart without completing my order, and I get charged ANOTHER 20 dollars for TWO orders that never even showed up in my app! No receipts from the store, No receipts from my email, not even a receipt in the app! At that point I walked in myself and showed both of the charges with no receipt in my bank account to the manager. I had to recite my order from my phone to the manager in person for them to finally be able to make my order — and when they handed it to me I never heard any other words from the manager nor an apology and STILL NO RECEIPT! They didn’t even have the manager hand me my single order (even though i apparently paid for TWO), but instead had a separate employee hand me the food. No receipts like the manager promised in the drive thru, Nothing on my email, nothing on the app, but I paid $40 dollars for a disaster and didn’t even get half the food i paid for. When I finally opened up my quesadilla, they didn’t give me any chipotle vinaigrette - THE VERY ITEM I SAW THE MANAGER WRITE DOWN FOR MY ORDER. I’m done...
Read moreI always thought it was a stereotype that chipotle robs customers on the portion size but, with this location, it is very true. I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla on my lunch break through the app. I picked it up, got in my truck and opened up the order. They put the quesadillas in these to-go boxes that have 3 little sections for the 3 sides you’re allowed to get with the quesadilla.
These 3 side sections are already small as it is, much smaller that the amount of side portions you’d get if, say, you were getting a burrito or a bowl. I got rice, beans, and salsa as my sides. All 3 of them were not filled all the way. What am I paying for?! Where is my money going?! The salsa was the most full, but still not “full”. The rice was barely half full and the beans were like 25% full.
Also, the amount of barbacoa (which is one of the most expensive proteins) in my quesdilla was skimped on. I mean seriously, food is already overpriced so the least you can do is give me what I paid for!...
Read moreI ordered for pick up today 2/13 by 2:40pm. I am at work and had my boyfriend go pick it up for me. To find out that my order was not there. The reps told him to call the 1800 number to get this taken care of instead of simply just remaking my order or just canceling it. So you mean to tell me, someone walked up in there and just grabbed my order in broad daylight, straight from Chipotles establishment?? Who monitors this? This is terrible customer service. I just wanted my food. I am waiting an hour PLUS for my boyfriend to have to “MAYBE” get us a credit back to my Chipotle account, which this “CREDIT” hasn’t even appeared yet in my Chipotle account as the lady on duty told us. I would want to be contacted by the General Manager regarding this awful experience. The staff on duty did not take care of us, we are easy customers and this was not in our control, it was of this location in Casselberry. DO NOT ORDER PICK UP HERE, they probably didn’t even...
