Holy cow, guys. Just had a great time with the family at Big Taco in Casselberry! The food was awesome, as it has been the past 3 times we’ve been (and you can check out my husband’s Google review from a few months ago), but I want to focus my review on the awesome hospitality we experienced. Coming in with our own three kids, and joining friends for a total of 5 kids 5 and under, we weren’t sure what to expect.

From the very start, Erick, Tanmy, and the whole team were all super gracious and inviting. Right off the bat, Tammy came over and asked us what kind of setup would work best for us, and jumped right to helping set up the table configuration and get us some high chairs. Erick helped coordinate all the food delivery and essentially waited on us the whole time. In a world where parents often find themselves apologizing for their kids’ boisterousness throughout the meal, we just found ourselves saying thank you over and over and over. They were…just awesome. Quick with refills, check-ins and table touches, they were super warm and quick to help us with anything we needed.

To top it all off, at the end, they insisted that we simply get up and leave, rather than try to clean up the messy table that 12 people (5 of them 5 and under) had left.

We’d been to Big Taco before without kids, and loved our experience. Great place to bring friends or for date night. Bringing our kids and having such a positive experience, however, was truly noteworthy. Big thanks again to Erick and Tammy and the whole team.

After a family outing Saturday, I went to Big Taco because I have heard good things about the restaurant. We were 3 families totaling 12 adults and kids. We walked in and were greeted with friendly staff. I told them this was our first time and they gave us recommendations based on what my family likes. Obviously we were a big party and had 6 different orders (4 initially and 2 later on). We knew it would take a little bit of time for our party to get our food. Our orders arrived with no problems and it was delicious. We were enjoying our time, when the manager came over to give our party 2 dessert due to the amount of time it took to get our food. We were honestly surprised because we didn’t think it took that long. I did ask about ingredients in the dessert as we had 2 kids with allergies. The manager checked and unfortunately there was an egg allergy concern. I thanked the manager for checking and said it would not be an issue as the kids meal came with a treat. A few minutes later, the manager came back with a special dessert they made on the spot for the kids with allergies. Our party was very impressed by the food and effort the staff showed us. After my wife said to me that, she was happy to drive a few extra miles to come back. I am truly grateful for the experience that we had...

14 Day Alaskan outdoors delightful camping trip. The couple plane rides back, I only had one thing on my mind, delightful mexican. Im not married. First day back to casselberry, home sweet home, I stopped at Big Taco. As soon as I walked in, I was wonderfully greeted , beginning my amazing Big Taco journey, the line moved very quickly, and once I got to the counter, Bella, the very busiest bee, was very nice and was fantastically helpful, impressively taking my order, and had zero problems helping me out. She recommended I have the burrito bowl. I was then quickly seated, and the food arrived faster than I could say “Bella’s 5 Star Experience.” The food looked amazing, I took my first bite and by god, I saw stars. The food returned me to a simpler time, when Mom was cooking dinner and I was seated at the dinner table playing chess with Dad. Much like the experience of Mr. Anton Ego from rat chef film. I quickly finished up, and Bella returned, swiftly returning my used dishes to the kitchen and wishing me the best of days. Walking out I felt accomplished, like my life was fully complete, purpose achieved, I was simply ecstatic. Wonderful, fantastic experience. I envy those who get to try this amazing experience. 5...
