Subway — Restaurant in Casselberry

I’ve been going to this Subway for years… I miss Patrick, and whoever else it was that used to run this place. It has gone downhill so dramatically. Tonight was the final straw. I walked in, and Miranda barely said a word and continued to clean a sandwich board as if closing for the night… though they wouldn’t close for another hour. She continued for several minutes to just slowly and methodically clean the board, shuffling around slowly, in absolutely no hurry to get an order started. Then she decides it’s time to take my order and then very slowly walks over and mumbles that she’s ready to take my order. Everything was mumbled, and I really felt like I was a complete nuisance for being there. I don’t have any special requests or anything like that… I just order a pretty simple sub. The whole process of her making my sandwich was dreadful. And frankly, if somebody is this disinterested in customer service, I’m wondering about how much care they’re taking when they’re handling food. The previous time I went there, again it was just one employee by themselves, and she had apparently had to skip her lunch, and had been holding her bladder for hours because the owners want to understaffed this...

So I go into subway and tried to get a half herb and cheese with egg and cheese. THE SHORT FEMALE MANAGER decides to leave my sandwich in the oven for an extra 30-40 seconds when I asked her to take it out she looks at me and ignores me as she walked to the back to sit down. Then She takes it out after the ovens alarm was going off for a whole minute and I tell her I didn’t want a black sandwich so she rudely tells me it’s just how the oven works. After an argument to remake my sandwich she puts the new sandwich in the oven for literally 3 seconds (I guess she was trying to be petty) then she proceeded to put items on the sandwich I didn’t ask for, so I tell her I don’t want the sandwich anymore since it’s not what I asked for she yells at me saying get out! Then calls my school to trespass me. I just wanted a subway sandwich, the same sandwich I get almost everyday. And usually this manager has an attitude problem but she never blew up on me like she did today. Not professional...

Walked in nobody there.. couple of minutes after this guy comes out without saying not even a “Hello” . Takes our order and when the bread comes out of the toasters he stops doing my sandwiches to take out the bread out of the oven and taking his own time. He put his hands with the same gloves he was making the sandwiches in the kitchen gloves to take the bread out...never changed his gloves..Finishes up with our sandwiches again no apology not a thank you for being patience..I was already frustrated and disgusted. More people were walking in. He was still taking his own time..After that he ask if I wanted the meal I said yes I pay and he still had the same gloves he made my sandwiches and gave me my change and As I am about to sit he tells me that he didn’t charge me for my drink and chips....bread was cold soggy by the time I sit.. he took my money again and kept making sandwiches.!!!! DISGUSTING.!!!! Never again. Worst...
