update: tried them again almost a year later and same exact experience. Cold, old heat lamp food that sat for an hour before being delivered except I paid even more money now. $11.11 tip to leave my food an hour before bringing it and a manager who talked to me like I am stupid and I don't know how heat racks work like bro I DO know that no one wants heat lamp food for $50, rude af and nasty pizza. Thanks so much. 🙄
I saw on the tracker that my food had been sitting for 30 minutes with no driver and I called and asked them if my food was going to be cold because it had been waiting for so long and they assured me that it would definitely be good and I said that my hopes weren't very high because it had been sitting for so long but they sent it out anyway and big surprise it was cold. I paid $40 for pizza and chicken for my daughter and I to have lunch and it was cold. And I called to express my concerns before they sent out this disaster of a lunch and they still sent it anyway. When I worked in restaurants I would never send out food that I wouldn't want to eat myself but apparently they don't have any standards at this Domino's. They're just here to make money and they do not care at all whether you have a decent meal or not. And that's crazy for a $6.50 delivery fee and a $7 tip and I get cold pizza and chicken after waiting an hour when the estimated delivery time said 11 to 21 minutes, thank you very much. And it's ridiculous that I called to complain before they even sent it and they still sent me the cold food, they should have made fresh food because it had been sitting there for a half an hour before they had a driver for it but they literally do not care. They are just there to steal your money and send you some freaking coupon for a free pizza next time which they keep doing over and over again and I never use it because it doesn't qualify for the particular pizzas I want I don't want a free pizza next time I want one pizza ever that is edible ever for freaking $40 get out of here. I'm done with...
Read moreFirstly, my order was refunded. So they made it right as they could. And I hate doing that but this was bad.
On a Wednesday night, I placed my order at 5:50pm. My order was not started until 6:45pm (insider fault), and not delivered until almost 7:30pm (driver fault when I live 500ft from the store). When I recieved my order, the pizza box was crushed so there was cardboard in my pizza, the sandwich was cut with a pizza knife as there was pepperoni in my Philly sandwich, and to top it off, everything was not even warm. When I called to inform them of their blunder, the first person was friendly and gave me a reasonable explanation, the manager Lacey, argued with me that the driver literally loaded the pizza in his car and delivered it. There was a 30 min drive window between when he left the store and when the food hit my doorstep. Whoever owns this franchise needs to come in and do some proper food handling and customer service skills. All basic when...
Read moreThis place seems to have a long way to go before it can keep its doors open for the public. They got our second order wrong in a row tonight, after similar mishap just a few days ago. Two of the three pizza we ordered were burnt! Toppings were all wrong. The manager tonight was not very friendly to feedbacks either. Gave us a lot of excuses for their mistakes, but offered no refund or replacement. Just a consolation (is it really?) that he will put a note there so our next order will have a free pizza ‘if we ask for it.’
I know for a pizza place it is not fair to expect the manager and staff all trained in non-discriminatory behavior and proper customer service. But again, isn’t it 2022 and is it not in Colorado. May be this is by design when the manager Andrew said ‘you are welcome to go to...
