Bappes Kubo is such a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious—authentic Filipino flavors that taste homemade and full of love. Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. On top of that, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a friendly staff that makes you feel like family as soon as you meet. Had their special, a beef stew called Caldareta with white rice and it was delicious. Lumpia side are a nice addition and also ordered the dynamite eggrolls. Those are filled with a slice of jalapeño and cream cheese, kinda like a popper! Will be looking to trying some other things...
