Order through the app, app notified us the food was ready and on the pickup shelves. Drove to go pickup our food to stand in the lobby for several minutes before some young man whom I’m assuming is rather green approached me reluctantly to see if I needed help. He told me that our order had been cancelled. I showed him the email and app both stating it was ready for pickup multiple times he went to his “manager” who not once stepped in to help provide a resolution. Only told him what to come over and tell me while he bagged food. There were only two cars in the drive through while I was here and no one inside so they weren’t overly busy and they were not understaffed as I saw several guys on the other side of the kitchen making the food.
I decided to just suggest a resolution as the black haired young manager, couldn’t get his name because he never came to the counter, wasn’t doing anything about it and asked if I could just get the order replaced and I would pay again with my card in store even though I had a pending charge for the “completed” order. Then if the charge processed I would call corporate and explain the situation for a refund. The young man proceeded to tell me that since I had a coupon applied from the app he couldn’t honor the price I had originally paid. Frustrated I said okay fine just get the order placed by now I just want to go home and eat. He tells me they only have dark meat I just turn around and leave. Do not recommend this location at all, if you want KFC that badly go to another location otherwise choose another chicken place it is not worth the headache.
The young man who stepped up and tried to assist me did nothing wrong he just had poor management who did not know how, or when to intervene to provide a resolution to make a guest happy.
Now I will be waiting and watching to make sure the charge does not process and if it does I’ll call and also provide a formal complaint against this location for...

They go really cheap on the 11 herbs and spices here, so the food lacks the flavor it should have.
