I went there on March the 4th of 2025 at around 7:35 p.m., when I got there, there were two cars in front of me, 2 minutes after I had parked in the line, the driver of the car in front of me (2nd in line )bgot out and started yelling something at the employee at the window who was talking to the driver of the car at the very front (1st in line), then this lady got back in her car all angry and just left the line and drove off, I knew there was some drama going on but I couldn't tell what had happened, then I was the second car in the line, the first initial car was still there, I did notice that the driver was talking very effusively(friendly) with the employee at the window, I didn't think much of it, but then like 7 minutes had already gone by and the car in front of me still wasn't moving, and she just kept on chatting with the employee, at that point I realized what was going on, the employee wasn't serving drinks because she was choosing to chat with a friend instead, so I started drving forward to sort of put pressure on the car in front of me, and they kept chatting! even in spite of a previous customer having yelled something at them and left! I was about to leave myself when that car finally pulled away, I decided to just go to the window and get my drink which was given to me within 1 minute, all this to say that they have employees here literally doing work avoidance at the expense of pissing...
Read moreI’m generally a fan of Dutch Bros. They are among the very few exceptions to my personal rule against tipping where I have to pick up my own order (because they always go above and beyond to make an attempt to make my day better).
This location is by far the best Dutch Bros experience I’ve had. It might be bias since it’s on my regular drive to work from the gym, but my regular business is always appreciated. The staff knows me by name and even covers me when I screw up my order. I have days where I go just because I feel like the boost to my mood is in order. Do yourself a favor, come and enjoy a brew of your choice and let the awesome staff here brighten your day with a quick chat!
An additional bonus (because these guys deserve it), I’m a bodybuilder and with that lifestyle comes a natural adjustment in dietary needs. This location’s staff have helped me out in staying on track by pointing out ways to eliminate sugars or fats from my order that I didn’t know about. They’ve covered for me when I accidentally order something I’ve mentioned is off my diet plan. Truly made my regular coffee a treat I can enjoy whether I’m cutting weight or building it up!

Read moreThis was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Dutch Bros and I frequently visit the location on Bandera during the week in the mornings. Want to talk about long lines and small crew go to Bandera location. This location in Alamo Ranch had a few cars in the drive up so I parked and went to the walk up. I waited at least 15 mins for someone to take my order. Once I ordered there was no one behind me so I watched them work. I counted 5 to 6 employees walking back and forth inside the little building while only 2 were making drinks. I don’t think slow can be the work to describe them. Not only they looked lost and I bothered but they had an attitude with the clients at the drive up. I know they were making comments about customers while working. After almost 20 mins waiting and watching them be rude I asked them to cancel my drink. With an attitude I was given a receipt and then with the biggest smile and sarcasm I was wished a good day. This happened on a Sunday at 3pm. Worse than a...
