Someone needed to...

The food is OK. The biggest issue I have is the customer service. I usually call a place and pick my order up. This is the first time I’ve ordered from here and did it online which has to be done through Slice. When I was done it said estimated delivery would be 30-45 minutes which seems legit based on the amount of time it takes to make the pizza and the 5 minute drive to my house. Slice told me the order went out for delivery after about 35 minutes. Well 45 minutes came and went and then 30 so I called Catty’s and they said it was just going out the door and it would be about 5-10 minutes. I told them Slice said it was out for delivery 30 minutes ago and their response was “I don’t know what they said”. If you use a system for online ordering and don’t know how it works why are you using it. Anyway, another 30 minutes passed and still no delivery. I called back and someone else answered. I told him what was going on and he did the obligatory apology and was ready to hang up when I asked if he could find out where the driver was. He did but that should have been done without me asking. The order happened to just be pulling up. To top things off the pizzas were barely warm when we got them. Even if this was the best pizza in town, which it isn’t even close, I would never order from here again. I understand you may be short staffed or busy or both but don’t tell a customer something which you aren’t...

I’ve grown up in Catty and have had well more than just their cheesesteaks, so do not get me wrong their food is not bad. However, whether it’s one or all, the service is just short of lackluster. My girlfriend always has a comment when I tip, but I decided to give a little today. Regardless we specifically ordered “No Sauce x2” on the Cheesesteaks (not the biggest fans of tomato sauce) and we got 2 halves of a cheesesteak with a nice helping of sauce so we bring it back as requested, then upon arrival the cook who made the order seemed friendly enough about the mix-up and then wants to mumble back talk at the stove not even 30 seconds later. That’s not the complaint however. The problem is after getting our order remade, we received possibly 1/3 the meat originally made on any cheesesteak we’ve had there (including our previous order) and now we have a slice of bread without pickles too. I’ve already called twice and will not expect my return, but I just can’t wrap my head around how we can tip and be polite about the situation, and...
