I really like this place and if you want authentic Mexican food and tacos, you can't go wrong. The tacos are the best in the valley and I've tried most of the authentic places, the guacamole is the best around, too. The owner and family are really nice as well. This is my go to place for tacos.

I want to make an important point because a few people will complain about the service or lack of feeling welcomed there. This is something that occurs at almost all small authentic Mexican restaurants, let me explain...

I'm Mexican and I know there's a big difference in American vs Mexican food service. Mexican food servers are not usually as friendly as Americans. This is simply a cultural thing from Mexico so don't be offended. In Mexico food servers are more into delivering your food rather than making you feel special.

The service issue is a small thing if you understand it and instead appreciate the incredible food instead of focusing on the service. I rather go here than to Chili's or any other "Mexican" restaurant even if service is not the main...

As someone who is 100% Mexican, I can confidently say this is some of the most authentic Mexican cuisine I’ve had in a very long time. The quality, freshness, and depth of flavor are truly exceptional — comparable only to what you’d typically find in major cities like New York.

I ordered the Alambre de Bisteck, a dish reminiscent of fajitas but with a richer blend of spices and sautéed red tomatoes. It was incredibly flavorful and expertly prepared.

For anyone seeking a genuine taste of traditional Mexican cooking, I highly recommend this restaurant. It offers an authentic culinary experience that’s difficult to find outside of...

It's a quiet little family run establishment. Unless you were specifically looking for Mexican restaurant I don't think you would notice it. There is some construction but don't let that deter you from parking and going in. The food was remarkable. I did not get a little on atmosphere just because I was really the only one there and there was no atmosphere at the time. Also you do need to keep in mind that for many dishes rice and beans have to be ordered separately which was no big deal. The desserts were delicious everything was amazing The salsa was to die for. Like seriously that was some amazing salsa I even asked to take some...

I loved the food here, but sadly they closed down due to being understaffed and mismanagement 💔 RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's odd... Every time we tried to dine at the restaurant we were told that there is no staff/employees. We went to the restaurant last night during your "business hours" and y'all were closed. We came by a couple weeks ago around your "business hours" and y'all were closed. So, if y'all always closed during business hours, then when are y'all open? Please update your hours. It's extremely confusing, we thought y'all closed down. Thank you.

This is a quiet little gem of a restaurant for anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican food. I must admit that I was a little put off at first when my enchilada was served open-faced rather than being rolled as is the norm back home in Texas. The flavor, however was out of this world; spicy without being overbearing. . This is my Mexican restaurant of choice. Two points to note: first, La Herencia El Camacho is byob so bring along your favorite wine, if you want. Second, try to avoid getting the table right in front of the air conditioner if at all possible.

I will start by saying that everything was absolutely FRESH & FLAVORFUL, I’ve had lots of bland Mexican food but this place is truly authentic. 💖 my partner and I had combination platters that came with decent sized portions, meat was tender, rice and beans were cooked perfectly. The homemade tortilla chips were delicious with the red salsa that had just the right amount of spice, the verde was good too and not too thick. I’m so grateful to have found this place, I will only come here from now on for Mexican food.
