El Ranchito Taco Shop — Restaurant in Cathedral City

I had to write this review because of the awful experience here. First off the lady taking my husband's order today (4/13) started the conversation saying "WHAT DO YOU WANT" so rude. We could not believe it. She watched him like a hawk at the salsa bar with a face of disgust like she had a personal issue with him even though he was so nice and polite. -100/10 for service, the worst customer experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Finally the food was disgusting. We only ordered a carne asada burrito and it was All beans and nasty dry meat. Never will I waste my time by coming here again. I hope the person at the front counter gets talked to about this experience because my husband felt so disrespected that he insisted we write this review. I recently visited El Ranchito Taco Shop, and it did not disappoint! I ordered a fish taco and shrimp tacos, thinking they’d be small—so I ordered three. But to my surprise, the one fish taco alone was so filling! It was flavorful, cooked to perfection, and honestly one of the best I’ve had.

The shrimp tacos were just as delicious, perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh ingredients. The salsa tied everything together with just the right kick. On top of the amazing food, the service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

Some of the girls at this location should not be working in customer service bad attitude and extremely rude we as customer order our food to our liking they obviously can't hear and don't know how to take orders been twice that we take our food home something is wrong and missing when we call back they are rude and there response is it's extra I didn't call back to be told that we have money we can pay for whatever we order the point they are missing is that she took the order wrong , can't hear or the cooks mess up like she has said a couple of time won't make it right last time we will be a customer there manager really needs to look into some of there staff...
