Wingstop — Restaurant in Cathedral City

Been here twice ordered online thinking it would be faster , Both times it said 16-20 minutes understandable I work in the restaurant industry stuff happens places get busy but why lie on the app both times it took 50 minutes to an hour to get my order if it says the right time to show up I wouldn’t have to show up and wait I could come and just get my order to top it off the last time I went it didn’t seem all that busy staff was at least 6-7 deep so I would expect at least some urgency I sat down finally got a notification that my order was ready keep in mind I told the cashier like 15 minutes before my name and what I was waiting for I would expect some common sense to call the order out of it was ready gave them the benefit of the doubt waited 3-4 minutes after the email I walked up to the register to wait even more because all the employees were in a little group talking till finally the cashier noticed me so I asked it says on the app my orders ready so is it ? She replies what’s the name and the bag was just sitting there I’d rather drive 15 minutes to rancho mirage where they have some common sense then deal with this place that’s a block away...

Honestly , let people know when you order for delivery through your website that your waiting on a doordasher to bring your food. Also if they take forever , Remake the food if it’s been over an hour. Why would you allow them to deliver cold food if the driver is moving slow? And it can’t be because of a tip that they take so long because we don’t even know that they are delivering it and aren’t asked to leave gratuity. I will be asking...
