The food and service were great, however the social distancing/seat capacity during COVID-19 was far too congested. Every other booth is closed, but tables with chairs in between booths is very close to the booths (less than 4 feet). To top it off an unattended child from the table next to my booth begin playing in the booth behind me right at my back and was ignored by parents. When I asked them “can you move him please“ I was confronted by a man from that party repeatedly telling me I could’ve been more polite and that the child was a “she” not a “he”. The toddler was behind me so I was not able to identify the gender.
Obviously this guy had issues, but seating more closely resembling 25% capacity probably would have kept him out of my face. I know the restaurant cannot police all of their customers all the time, but no effort was made to oversee adherence to COVID rules. Cudtomers standing up front waiting for orders routinely pulled down their masks while talking to friends. No employee was stationed on the dining room floor to remind customers of their responsibilities.
My first meal ever at this restaurant was ruined by the confrontation I experienced and my concern over COVID and I probably will not return if that is the clientele that...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. Placed an order for a chicken quesadilla. Menu board showed a price of $8.99 for beef, chicken, or asada. Plates come with rice and beans. As order was being prepared, I reviewed the receipt and realized I was charged an additional $1.50 for chicken. Upon questioning the order taker about the additional charge, he referred me to a female co-worker who only stated "I'm sorry about that". I asked to speak to a manager which was denied with no option for remedy or refund. Once the order was brought to me, it did not include the rice and beans. After questioning this I got the same "I'm sorry" again with no remedy or acceptable resolution. Neither employee had a name tag. Was unable to find a comment box, notecard, or phone number. Should I dare say discrimination because I was a Caucasian truck driver "just passing through"? My other 4 prior visits had been more than pleasant. "Under New Management" banners outside must be the reason for the decline in customer satisfaction. Will be following up Monday in an attempt to reach an owner or member of management. Will attempt to include pictures of the Menu board...
Read moreDon't judge a book by its cover,, like I did. My wife, best friend and I walked in to have breakfast. I looked inside and wanted to turn around and go to Dennys. I am so happy I didn't. Don't be fooled by the walk up service. We ordered the gyros and cheese omelette $7.99, it comes with choice of toast and fresh home made hash browns. Side of fruit, $4.99, side of cottage cheese, coffee and bottled water. 5 item's, and the total was only $21! Food came to the table about 10 minutes later, hot and fresh. The fruit was freshly cut and mixed. Looked wonderful. The omelette and hash browns we're not greasy at all! That was the best part. I don't feel gross from eating greasy foods. Needless to say, job well done. Great service, excellent food. Thank you so much!
