Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cathedral City

In Cathedral City this particular Taco Bell is very quiet, no busy drive thru (regularly). It''s very rare to see this Taco Bell busy inside, it will always be practically empty.

The staff is kind if you order inside, when you do drive thru the staff however will be on more of a rush to get you moving forward so it'll feel slightly different.

In this occasion I ordered the Deluxe Box Combo & I highly recommend it, my entire order was complete & was hott by the time I opened it. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars on the food I was very happy.

There's however been times where they've made mistakes with my drive thru order. Not giving me what I ordered or giving me someone else's order lol.

Sodas are never Flat! That's a plus. Food is great (the chicken here I like better than Del Tacos) Much better quality FYI)

They went from 5 star service to throwing everything in a bag.

1 out of 5 after having a 5 star review on my end.

Poor customer service skills overall, not hospitable, no common sense used during the operation, forgetful, in a rush, & not assertive in any way shape or form.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Never coming back! I placed my order then I asked if the restroom was open, and a irritated way they answered it's open, both of them were locked, I came back and let them know, and they said one is not working and the other one must be busy, I had my dinner there and nobody came out (about 40minutes) so I mentioned to them, I was irritated by then, you go in to a restaurant and not able to wash your hands because they don't like to share the restroom, the older lady (most likely the manager) change her tone when I mentioned I was going to get in touch with the regional supervisor, (when they go out off business, there are so smart they still won't be able to figure it out)

By the way there portions are about half compared to...

The manager John and staff refused to make any food they had 20 min till close but refused when they found out that the order was for grub hub they rushed to make the fiesta pack they were short food while waiting for the online order I asked to add 2 more items john was not lot having and refused he said the online order is the only thing he can make mind you there is still 15 min till close. Worst experience ever had it's not the first time this manager or the staff here have done this to me and others. Worst part is knowing the location all to well and the GM he is a super nice guy he is a hard working guy I see him at all the taco Bell's for year but this manager and team left a bad taste in my mouth...
