I’m very disappointed. Came in for the couples massage yesterday and left feeling very violated and in physical pain. From the very start the masseuse was aggressively fast. She did ask if I wanted deep tissue or not. I said yes. What I got was her digging into every bone in my back. Which is where my physical pain is now. Right between my shoulder blades. Next complaint, is when she first came into the room I explained to her that I was not comfortable with my shorts off. She said ok. Then during the course of her rapid digging. She proceeded to pull my pants down extremely low. And “massage” (to the point I felt violated) my rear. She went back and forth between my back and my legs-She slapped my legs, and dug her palms all over. I asked her 4 different times to slow down, take it slower and not so hard. Which she didn’t listen. Then she asked me to roll over at which point I seen the door open and there was a person outside literally watching. Who knows how many people walked by while she was inappropriately “massaging” my rear. I felt so violated and asked her to shut the door. I can’t believe they would do that. I fought with myself to even write a review but after everything and my literal physical pain as I write this I felt I must. Also at one point I pulled my pants up and she proceeded to push them back down. There was no skill to the massage. It was literally just her digging her palms, fingers and elbows into my bones. At no point to this massage could I relax. Then when it came to the hot towel. She laid it on my back. And slapped my back. Then once it cooled to cold. She roughly scrapped it all over me. Very...

This was the first time I had gone to a spa for a massage. I gave a one hour couples massage from this place as a gift to a close friend. It's in an attractive, new building near the front of the shopping center. Lots of convenient parking across the driveway from the building. We were greeted inside with nice, warm, and friendly ambiance and a gracious staff. We were quickly escorted to our room. After a short direction on getting ready, the two masseurs arrived shortly afterwards to start the session. The well appointed room was comfortable and warm with dim light and relaxing, soothing background music. They proceeded to massage us from head to toe thoroughly. I especially liked the hot stones that he used and his firm but thorough and gentle approach. He noticed that my neck and shoulders were very tight (from sitting in front of a computer working all day), so he paid special attention to these areas. The hour went by very quickly and we thanked them and got dressed to leave. We met them in the lobby and thanked them again and left them with a tip. As I said, this was my first massage and I enjoyed it very, very much. I noticed that my normally stiff neck was much better and my feet with neuropathy were a lot more comfortable and relaxed. I've gone to so many of these different massage parlors before. And I've always had a good experience until now. Normally I let them know that hey I like soft to medium but this time the lady asked me right up front how do you like your massage she gave me the choices I let her know. And off we went. There was absolutely no Rhyme or Reason she would do one thing to one side of my body and do something else to the other side of my body. Typically they end up hurting my lower back a little bit but I tell them hey too hard and they adjust and it's not a big deal. I screamed out so many times during this massage that she was hurting me. I swear it felt like I was being tortured by the CIA for information but I didn't know what the information was. By the time I left I could barely walk. The man in the front ask me how was the massage and I told him it was awful. And he just said oh that'll be $120 do you want to leave a tip. I have bruises from my neck all the way down to my ankles. I told this woman over and over again she was hurting me and she would just say oh sorry sorry. And then hurt me all over again. I had to come home and try and lay in a bath to loosen my muscles everything is in a tight horrible ball of pain. The head massage was...
