Overall usually pretty good. I normally ask for light ice (even tho I usually ask for extra ice at Starbucks). If you don’t ask for light ice, my rebel or soda is completely filled with ice. I’d get a few sips and have a cup full to the lid with ice: I can’t justify a $6 drink full of ice. “Light ice” is usually the perfect amount and still a decent amount of ice. Never been an issue before and the employees are normally understanding. Today they gave me a partially full drink that was still half ice. I asked why it wasn’t full and they discussed for awhile if they’re allowed to fill it up. You can also see how much ice they’d put in the cup if it was regular ice. i’ve been coming to this dutch bros specifically since junior year of high school, more regularly in the past 2 years or so. this dutch bros stand is my FAVORITE. drinks are always good, the line is always taken care of, and the service is something else. i love coming to this stand knowing that i can talk to friends that i have made. they know all of my drink orders (or most of them since i usually buy for others), they are all so personable and kind. if you come to this stand, they will NOT disappoint! rachel, grace, abbie, ashley, rowan, angela, brecken, hunter, greta, cash…. literally all of them are so kind and helpful and coming to this stand is the best part of my day (sometimes multiple parts because i come so often). 10/10 always. love this stand and...

I love dutch, I go twice daily to get my coffee. This is my first time at this location & it was horrible. The long line, then getting stuck behind little girls that hold the lines up because they think it's cute, irresponsible parents for allowing them to drive around in their toy car!! They should stay on their playground & not hold up lines, after 30min wait people backed up to leave the drive Thru, I wish I could've but I was already stuck in there. So it was not a good experience & hope I don't have to visit this location since these girls are there quite often according to some employees. This is negligence on parents part.
