AT&T Store — Local services in Cave Creek

I came in with a big issue with my phone and having trouble transferring my AT&T number to Verizon. And I had sat down with Rose Dubois and she has sat down and walked me through everything and we had been on the phone with both Verizon and AT&T for about 4 hours and has been so helping and patient and I think she does an amazing job and she is so wonderful she was helping me while helping out other AT&T customers that walked in and needed assistance and she delivered. I had asked her if I can leave a review to let AT&T know that she is one of the best employees that I have encountered since I been with your company. And I believe she deserves a big pay raise because she is so passionate and talented when encountering customers with their issues. If you want great customer service, go see Rose @ this store!! I have been an AT&T mobile customer for over 25 years and for the most part all of their customer service people just really suck at customer service....badly! They pretend to know things they don't and give you advice that isn't true...not Rose. Not only was she so helpful but you could tell she was invested in doing what was best for me and my situation. I took an 86 year old friend on Friday July 18 for assistance on her AT&T phone today at 11 AM. After investing an hour wait time for the ONE employee working today, I inquired how much longer we would have to wait on service. The male employee was extremely rude in his response. He even refused to provide us any service and told us to go elsewhere. Today was the worst service experience possible.
