We come to this Chipotle all the time. Unfortunately, today one of their employees named MARGARET was extremely aggressive and rude with me. She is tall young woman w a strong build and long dark brown pony tail. I was ordering 3 different meals for 3 different people. Each order has a list of different items desired. I did not have these memorized, only typed in my phone. So, naturally it took longer to relay each item. I very nice young man was helping me until she interjected herself and took over my order. She was slopping my toppings so forcefully into my bowl that some splashed on my face. She kept impatiently & aggressively saying "what else" "what else" over and over before I even hsd a chance to ask for the next topping. I apologized and explained i was ordering for 3 different people. She disregarded my comment and again rudely asked "what else?" At that point I said, "Don't be rude." She flushed, stomped off, forcefully added more of one topping in my bowl then stomped off again. I was so appalled at her behavior to the point that I was uncomfortable even being in the building. Of course she forgot one of the toppings to boot! She was so concerned about being fast that not only did she fail at the most important thing: customer service & professionalism, but she also didn't get mt order correct. I could care less about my ordering being perfect. How I was treated by MARGARET was awful. As business owner with employees myself, I would want to know if one of my employees was treating my customers this way. I hope this gets to a higher up abd MARGARET is held accountable for her inexcusable rude behavior. I hope other customers don't have to endure the same treatment I experienced today...
Read moreCOLD FOOD & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! We walked in, the girls in food making line acted like we were waisting their time. My friend had to order from our table because she had a disability and can't wear a mask, which was understandable and she willingly complied ( which the sign on the door clearly stated heath problems and children under 2 were exempted). I wore my mask and ordered at the counter. My burrito bowl was huge, but the food was COLD COLD COLD. My friend, who ordered at the table got her bowl, HALF the size of mine and they did not put any chicken in it like she ordered. She informed the girl at the counter nicely that there was no chicken in her bowl. THE EMPLOYEE rudely said " I put chicken in there already!!!!". My friend told her she did not. The employee grabbed the bowl, flicked the contents around vigorously, and then plopped a half spoonful of chicken on top and handed it back to her, after she MANGLED the bowl and without any sort of apology for the accident on her part. UNACCEPTABLE. They were BLATANTLY rude to her because she is unable to wear a mask and was being safe and sitting at the table (because everyone else sits at their table without a mask). Shame shame.
This is not my first rude encounter at this location. A month ago I was also treated coldly when I brought my 2 young children in for dinner.. teach these 18 year kids some manners..
ALSO.....all 3 times i have visited this location, The beans, rice and meat were COLD!! It was gross. Please properly train these young teens how to keep food heated and train them on proper customer service!!! I will not be returning to this location and will also be informing the cave creek community online boards to...
Read moreThis location is awful. Let’s cut to the chase, I’ve been to over a 100 chipotle’s covering 12 plus states. I know chipotle, the good and the bad. And I’ve been to the Cave Creek creek location over 30 times, so I feel legit in my comments. Let’s get to it, why Cave Creek is unlike all the other chipotles? Small portions Rude and rushed employees Running out of product all the time Can’t get orders to go right; not to mention no napkins or utensils If you go there 2 hours prior to closing, they are all but closed. Those kids are only interested in getting out of there. And hey, as a former teenager many decades ago I get it. But hire someone who cares and is not trying to get out early for the party- social event The counters and tables are always dirty, I have to ask for a towel to clean. Employees are more interested in texting then working 7.is there ever a manager on duty after 5/pm?, the 15 year olds ruin this place Is anyone trained in Cave Creek? Why are all of the other chipotles better than this one , and it’s been this way since opening? 10.why are there new untrained employees every visit? So let’s wrap, skimpy portions, rude teenagers, dirty place , wants to close 2 hours early every night, always out of something….meats, salsa, etc, order mistakes, no employee training, worker turn over And these children working without their baby sitters want tips? McDonald’s across the street is even a white table cloth compared to this location. And I’m choking on that ,but it’s a better alternative. We were so excited to have a chipotle open nearby but find ourselves driving to Grayhawk since this location is so poor. Even the Cave Creek Taco...
