Worst experience ever! This is why I stopped ordering from you guys last time. My children waited me to give you guys another chance... Ordered $60 worth of pizzas for delivery. Pizzas were quality checked within 16 minutes of receiving order. Email sent said pizza would be delivered within 26 minutes of order. Still waiting on the pizzas after 1 1/2 hours. Called location, was on hold for 15 minutes. Called back got a messaging service & they couldn't help me. Called back to the store; finally got a "live" person after 5 more minutes of waiting. Excuses, excuses, excuses..this is all "me "the consumer received! Said they couldn't process my refund due to manager being on window & oven. That she would do it as soon as she can. Understand this- me the consumer doesn't want a "phone guarantee" of payment reversal from a driver. The refund process should always be started while an unhappy customer is on the line.... I understand you may be understaffed & orders are backed up. I too understand that pizzas can sit in cambro bags after being made for up to 2 hours but you also know the quality and integrity of the pizza diminish greatly. If a location is unable to keep up with orders and deliver within a decent time frame ,it's best to temp suspend delivery service until you can get caught up. My children are over being hungry, good thing they aren't starving!! This will be the last time any Domino's location gets MY business.... And I really hope that your GM calls me back...

I even gave them a courtesy call after placing the online order to tell them that there shouldnt be cheese or mushrooms and light onions, because we had trouble in the past where the cook neither reads the memo or what people want on their pizza/subs. If it says philly...they make a philly. But my husband really can't stand cheese. So, because we recognize that it's abnormal for a pizza joint to get an order without cheese we called ahead to be nice . Apparently, that was taken sarcastically and they also left off the meat. They put 5 little burnt scraps of philly and a few peppers on his sandwich, I have also posted a picture of it. The cook and anyone who seen this sandwich knew this was absolutely ridiculous, and should be held responsible. They just didn't care. I guess reviews ARE everything...
   Read moreWe always order delivery from here since itâs the closest location to us (12 minutes away), but this time our order was cancelled online and when I called to ask why they said we were outside of the delivery zone and told us to call another store. 12 minutes is outside of the delivery zone??? I told him weâve had many orders delivered from this store and he said it âwasnât possibleâ. I have the orders in my history and other locations are much farther from us. They also ALLOW our address to proceed with placing online orders so I donât understand why they would allow you to order, pay, and even receive texts saying âyour driver is on the way!â and then cancel. First time this has happened. We always tip very graciously in the app AND in person to the driver so this is frustrating. Updates clearly need to be made to the online ordering so both the store and customers time...
