Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cayce

I’ve had multiple issues with this store. The food is either burnt like the one night I ordered bread sticks and couldn’t even bite through them or it arrives cold or grease is dripping out of the box. The man who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional and hangs up in my face majority of the time whenever I call wondering where my order is because it’s been saying preparing for the last two hours and it’s a week day. The wait time is ridiculous and I believe it’s because the workers are slow and unmotivated. I’ve spoken on the phone with one nice woman in the mornings who you can tell does her job. But tonight she wasn’t there and I ordered at 9:30 tonight and it didn’t arrive until 10 minutes til midnight, it arrived cold like it had been in a freezer instead of an oven and I found a hair in my pizza. I don’t recommend, I would say that carry out is better than delivery because it’s fresh but the staff will see you at the pick up window and ignore your presence completely until about 15 minutes later whenever you get fed up and you finally speak up then they act like they didn’t see you there as if you didn’t make direct eye contact with...

I used the app to make an order for a friend who had just arrived in town. I was busy at the time so was happy to not have to worrie as I could track my order. The tracking said all was complete and it was on the way.

BUT THEN THINGS CHANGED. My friend called me and said that they called the room and said they would not deliver to the address. Funny because I left my phone number. So I called them. I asked them what was the problem and they said they don't deliver to hotels. I was mad but trying to be understanding. I asked if I could pick up a fresh pizza. Now I get the manager on the phone. The manager tells me that I'll get the pizza that I ordered and their not making another. I asked for my money back. She told me it had already been refunded. It is now three days later and I have not gotten a return on my debit card. I was so mad at the inconviance and lack of customer service I had to hang up just to not start cussing. I ended up going to a restaurant and getting something to go for my people. I still havnt gotten my refund. Or...

Pizza good, service at window TERRIBLE. I ORDERED BY APPLICATION, U appeared at window when the pizza was said to be ready. Young man at window is on the phone, two employees are chatting each other up, we're burning gas. We get a handsign like "I'll be a minute" from the guy who could have asked colleagues to stop playing graba$$ and serve customers, but DIDN'T. 5 MINUTES GO BY, I turned off engine at 1 minute. No service. 7 minutes, he guy starts reaching for the Pizza while STILL ON THE PHONE. While he's handling our pizza he hasn't sanitized his hands or hung up the phone until after he finishes delivering our paid for by way of the app pizza. Phones are something almost never sanitized, EVERYONE at the business uses it, everyone touches it, and no one cleans hands after using it. He should remember, "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush." Someone present at your business deserves more attention than ANYBODY ON A TELEPHONE. I will not be going to this...
