Went in cause child needed fast pair socks an some shoes for event was on way to, we had 40min till closing an all shoes were mixed in size with lil options but with that being said took only 20min to find a pair but every few seconds the staff was harassing us if we were checking out or ready when told many times we were not. We had found a pair of shoes an pack of socks an few other items on way to front of the store still with 15min till closing an the staff standing around front were all rude an had tried take cart before I had even gotten my things completely out an threw all items in one bag like would hav taken to long or to much effort to maybe bag some items in another bag an there was a member so close behind us that soon as we had made it out doors shuts an locks them. My items ended up on payment before leaving sidewalk due to more items then one bag can hold. I was so rushed as it was leaving there I no longer even wanted to attend the event. Customer should never feel pressured into a now or never situation. They are supposed to feel welcome at ease in your store. Customers more willing return tell friends an buy more merchandise when hav connection with staff when feel its place they are welcome an helped, will not however go bk when shoved out door will not tell friends anything other then the bad experience or horrible staff employed there. Need to get a crew whom doesn't watch clock to cut an run from job but instead crew takes pride in store an value customers wants an needs. I understood closing was close but again I was done 15min before pos close maybe would of been sooner if not harrassed every few seconds but instead offered a helping hand. Kindness goes long way. This was a store that me and my wife won't then we was visiting relatives in town we really didn't know anyone my wife suggested going in is that entered the store the sales associates Mel and spoke to me and my wife everything was neat and clean the sales associate was very friendly she offered us a reward card I stated that we were not from here it was on a Monday me and my wife brought so much we could not believe I will ask as of how much we say it before I knew it I was getting a credit card for the store I walked out with a smile on my face feeling like it was Christmas Day I was constantly thinking the cashier thank you wow are you sure I don't owe you anything else I could not believe the prices she smiled and thanked me Burkes Outlet it is a incredible place to go you have to visit their store the people are nice...

Love this Outlet. Name changed, maybe a little less product to choose from, but it was countdown to Christmas shopping. I had to return an item after Christmas due to the packaging, which stated an L for large, but the tag showing said XL, and unfortunately, I missed seeing that. It's an outlet, you have to check the merchandise. There's a reason it's there, and the price is half what you would pay elsewhere. I had no issue getting a refund, with the receipt, within the time alloted for returns. Wish I could have gotten back sooner, as the 2 piece set of cold weather under garments...
