Customer service as we all know makes a huge impact on us all! Everyone is so busy in life these days that we are all go, go, go so as a customer when you place an order you want exactly what you ask and pay for. When you go through any drive through then finally get to the food you purchased and it is not what you ordered most people get pretty mad/highly irritated as no one has time to go back re-order etc. But let me tell you we all make mistakes but it is how you correct it that ends up mattering the most. Lindsey, I am extremely impressed by Shaun and Selena. Shaun went above and beyond to correct a mistake and even took the time to call me back with a true voice of "let me fix this". Selena was so positive and greeted with a smile. This is all it takes and you have a great team. On the first visit I clearly asked for 3 extra oil & vinegar. The response was, "Of course!" Upon leaving I noticed that I was only given 1. The second time I made the same request, though this time I asked the attendant handing me my food if the extra o & v were in the bag. He replied, Oh, sorry," handed me one small cup (with perhaps a tablespoon's worth), and proceeded to slide the window closed as I was speaking to him. Yeah the food is fine but lindsay is horrible to work for, she's not a nice person and her nice persona is clearly faked and must use a lot of energy on her part. Oh, also it's unacceptable that I've asked her multiple times for my W2-S for a year and she's neglected doing such. She's also unprofessional. She literally fired me over the phone when i stepped off the line to calm down. I was overwhelmed, being micromanaged by her assistant, and nobody was communicating on line.
