I’ve always been a fan of Burger King because the food most of the time tastes better. It’s sad to see that they aren’t more of them. However today I went to this Burger King, of which I’ve been to many of times but after today, this might be my last. I can deal with slow times because of staffing issues but I can’t deal wrong orders or attitude. I ordered 2 breakfast meals with drinks plus an iced coffee and I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my kid. They screen had it as a cheeseburger meal. I said can you change it to hamburger and I only want Lettuce Tomato Mayo and onion. Of course it was a cheeseburger with everything plus the lettuce tomato and onion. While at the window I paid with my card. The young lady working the window asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes I would, she didn’t give me one with my card, I assumed it was in the bag. She then gives me my coffee and a juice box so I put them in the only 2 cup holders I have in the front of my car. Then another female employee wearing a brown shirt brings the food. After giving me the food I said thanks and she just looks at me. I said I’m waiting on the 2 drinks I had for the meals. She said ok and shuts the window. She opens the window and gives me one of the drinks, since the other drinks are in my cup holder, I’m holding the 3rd drink. The other girl comes to the window with my last drink and hands it out the window. I asked if I could have a cup holder, to which she says yes. She puts the last drink in their and I handed the 3rd drink back because she had it on a flat surface and the lady in the brown shirt rolls her eyes and says, “you couldn’t do that yourself?” The young lady gave me my cup holder and away I went. I wasn’t going to lose my cool but I figured I would leave a review through the survey on my receipt but when I got home there wasn’t a receipt. Also I had 1 straw for 3 drinks and like I said earlier, my kids burger was all messed up. I don’t expect a high class meal when eating at Burger King but attitude and correct order isn’t asking too much. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be able to go back to Burger King. You lost...

I instantly thought this is gonna take forever and im probably going to be disappointed but I still waited and got food from here, well for starters lets just say anthony up front actually made me have any enjoyable experience even though when I got my crispy onion it was 2 double cheese instead and a fry. I should of known better than to not have checked my bag because if the boy with the tattoos does it or the lady with the hair my orders never been wrong, well when the tattoo guy was using the restroom another employee came out of hiding by the window and looked more clueless than a new born, he moved with the urgency of a snail, my fries were less than half filled as well..... I don't know what's up with that but some people like myself were on lunch so I had to bring it back to eat. The very skinny boy just didnt seem to even care about anything honestly the lack of excitement in his voice and how quiet he was actually was frustrating..... Also did I meant when I bought my food I even pointed out to him that he didn't give the right change. I dont mean to go on but the kid standing hiding not doing a thing is ridiculous, I even heard the guy with the tattoos say multiple times to the other boy up front to like make his own drinks by his station because he would just take an order then walk right back to where the food is bagged.... Sorry to be long winded but that guy with the tattoos was beyond polite and patient even with people mad at him for his coworkers mistakes he also some how managed to even smile, he is also very good at making me personally feel like in not being judged, I haven't felt that almost anywhere, TATTOO FRONT...
Read moreWaited 25+ minutes in drive thru with 3 cars in front of me for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and a chicken finger. Then the un name tagged team member, Michael... At list that's what Sabrina the general manager said his name was when I called in to address the unbelievable actions we encountered, threw sauce and ketchup packets at and on my car as I was pulling out of the drive thru. NO ONE should waste their money or their time at this location. They have sub par quality food and the worst service I've ever dealt with. This team member shouldn't even have a job still, but oh wait... Sabrina reprimanded him, so everything's great now!! The General manager was completely unapologetic to anything that took place that day and wasn't the least bit concerned about what if any issues were presented from all the 50+condiments that were thrown at and on my vehicle.I Have and will continue to speak to everyone I know about this issue and make sure that no one returns to this location ever again from my household, my neighbors and my friends! Word of mouth is what takes down businesses. By the way, there are no corporate#'s online to contact burger king to address this unbelievable situation that no one should ever have to deal with and Sabrina did not offer a working phone number when I asked for one during my call to address...
