KFC — Restaurant in Cedar Creek Township

After the 4th trip to this location it will be the last time. I know we have been arriving after 9, which seems to cause the most issues. So the lobby is locked, no sign to inform customers. Notjing on tye websit stating the loobby is closed. Tonight we checked the door, it was 9:15pm, the door was open. But we we quicy told that the lobby is closed. We couldn't grab our food at the door, we had to go to thendrove thru. We drive around to the drive thru, got our meal. The combo we got has chicken nuggets. I checked the bag, and again, the nuggets were missing. Had to drive around to the drive thru to let know we're missing them. They had to cook them up and for us to drive to the door & they'd bring them out. We said we would wait at the pick up window then3-4 minutes while we wait. We would move if another car pulled up behind us.

This location is not very convenient and keeps messing up our order. So, no...

First, I am not the kind of person to write negative reviews, but this experience was truly one of a kind... Went through the drive thru, had to sit and wait 5 minutes to get to the speaker- fine. Had to wait another 5-10 minutes at the speaker before the woman would take our order. Despite there being only 1 car at the window ahead of us. After having our order taken, we waited another 5 minutes before being told our (2) 3-piece tender baskets would be another 2 minutes and to pull around to the front and wait. Every car in the lot was also waiting. You could see people inside visibly upset by their wait. We checked our food when it came out and were missing the coleslaw that came with both meals.

So slow and the staff is seemingly overwhelmed with any kind of business. Only go here if you don't mind waiting an obscene amount of time for mediocre...

Worse KFC I've ever been too. From the girl behind the counter who has an attitude like it's an inconvenience to have to take the order. To the heavy over salted crispy batter that tastes like it was either fried too long or oil not changed. Was definitely not crispy. More like crunchy due to it being hard. Basically had to break off the crust to get to the chicken. On top of that, a cold biscuit and a little mash drowned in gravy like there was a potato nazi behind the serving line. Whoever owns this place needs some serious quality control. 2nd time in a year I try this place. Doubt there will be a 3rd. I'll stick to the one in...
