Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

Ordered 1 pizza and some breadsticks ordered it for curbside notified that we were there. After 10 minutes went in to check on it. Guy said they were busy and they would bring it out. Waited in the car. 20 minutes later went in again and the lady was very rude stating they don’t know why they offer curbside they don’t do that. However I have done it before the same location and had no problems. Pizza and breadsticks were just sitting in the warmer so pizza was somewhat cold. The lady said they couldn’t even pull me up in the system anymore it was like they brought it out to the car already but confirmed it was in fact my order. Pizza hut is so far behind...

I ordered my food at 7 oclock PM from the mobile app it was supposed to arrive at 7:40 PM. At 8:40 when I still did not receive my food i called for assistance. I was put on hold for 15 minutes before Trevor hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor and after another hold i was on the phone with Robin explained to me that this pizza hut doesnt deliver to my area and they didn't call to let me know because they were too busy. I just want people to know that this, in my opinion, is the most terrible place to order food for delivery in the cedar valley area. They did not resolve my issue and I'm still hangry. Dont eat at the pizza hut...

while it probably appeals to drunk frat boys, who don't know any better, this place is a stinking dive. filthy store, lights burnt out, making it dark even trying to enter the door, filthy floors, etc. don't bothering online, you won't get what you ordered, then they'll blame it on the website. this would be a great location for a shoe store, maybe a cell phone store, etc. as a pizza hut, it sucks. and that's a shame, as pizza hut has firmly planted themselves (once again) on the bottom of the quality, service and hospitality ladder. do yourself a favor, go to papa johns, dominos, or one of the local stores, like pizza ranch. this...
