Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Cedar Hill

I am so glad they opened one near me! I had only seen them North of Dallas. The customer service has always been awesome no matter what time of the day or night I've gone. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly. I think what sets Dutch Bros apart are all the options they have...hot/iced/blended coffees, teas, smoothies, & energy drinks, you're bound to find something for everyone. They've got so many sugar-free options too! I've gone here every weekend since they've opened and there have been a couple of times I've gone twice in one day LOL! A couple of my favorites are the hot Caramelizer or Iced Cold Brew White Mocha both with soft top & caramel drizzle. Download the app, it's so convenient & you earn points. The only slight hiccup I've experienced happened last night. For some reason, the nice employee wasn't able to scan my QR code in the app when I was in the drive-they & she must've tried like 6 times. I ended up having to get it scanned at the window. I usually have great experiences going to Dutch bros I am diabetic so I usually have the sugar free options as it’s a healthier alternative. I had gone to this location I think it was May 28th and had order a golden eagle freeze sugar free I was watching this girl make it and had saw that she had put the regular Carmel in for the Carmel drizzle that goes on top and had told her that it was supposed to be sugar free she had turned to look at me and gave me a glare kind off she just looked like she wasn’t the happiest with me and she proceeded to grab one of the scoops that y’all use and scoop out the Carmel and put in the sugar free Carmel in and handed it out to me with a mean looking face. Look I usually love Dutch bros but she just ruined my whole mood and after that I proceeded to drink it and my sugar levels spiked up really bad. Let me start by saying once staff or managers respond to my review I'll make it 5 stars, service here is typically pretty good but I need somone to hear about my experience today.

Today, Tuesday may 14, around 7:20 am ish, my girlfriend and I came through to get our morning coffee as usual. I always get a blended and she always gets iced. Well we get our drinks and start heading down the road I take a sip and there's literally no ice in my blended 911, non, all liquid. It tastes super watered down and there was somthing wrong with the soft top, it looked like it was curdled and gave me a stomach ache. Neither of our drinks were filled to the top like they usually are. We come here almost every morning and have become used to decent quality, it was rather jarring to have received such poor quality drinks this time around.
