I visited this location for the first time, thinking I would be in and out since there were only two cars in line. We ordered the special, which was a 9 piece leg and thigh. The young man who took our order asked if we wanted half fried have roasted. We said yes. However, when we made it around to the window. The woman at the window asked us if we knew that it would be a twelve minute wait. We told her No, we had not been told of the wait. She then proceeded to ask the young man loudly, "You didn't tell them about the wait? No, dont just shrug your shoulders. " She then turns back to us to tell us that it would be 12 minutes for the roasted chicken. We said that would be fine and asked her where we should pull to. So we pulled forward and waited for a little over twenty minutes. After four other cars had to pull forward to wait but received their items before us. Fifteen minutes into us waiting, a young man came out to each car asking their order. HE asked us what our order was. As soon as we told him, he immediately walked off. He didn't say anything. When he came back out five minutes later and went around to ask each car again. As he was walking around with the bag of chicken, the bag was bouncing against his leg. It was our order. When we made it home, the chicken was actually good. Considering how long we waited, we did expect the chicken to be hot. Despite the fried chicken being good, the service was so bad we will not be back. Our box was falling apart when we got home, and we also did not get one apology for the twelve minute wait that turned into twenty-two. Both my husband and I have worked in the service industry, and we were appalled at the lack of customer service skills. I hope the woman who addressed the young man was not a supervisor. I went in to this location seeking assistance and was blown away by the service I received! Words cant describe the professionalism, thoughtfulness, personable greeting, patience, and above and beyond service from Donna, Meme, and the team at this location. The smiles never stopped! The customer service was top-notch each time I arrived to discuss our large order. Donna made me feel like family and walked me through the entire process until we picked up our order. She is a true leader! They started early with our huge order to ensure our food was on time when we arrived while maintaining a very busy store. Our food was prepared perfectly with attention to detail. Everyone at the dealership gave rave reviews about how amazing the food was! I placed a mobile order then waited 15 minutes to pull up to the drive thru and then had to wait another probably 15-20 minutes because they told me to pull forward and they'd bring it to me. We didn't even have a huge order and when the food was brought to me, my drink was missing so the worker had to go back and get my drink and I should've checked my bag but I didnt. I got home a was missing an order of mashed potatoes, 3 pieces of chicken AND they gave me like 5 corn poppers when there was supposed to be like 16 in an order. We called and we had to go back up there to get the rest of our food. Bottom line, this was my first time trying this location and I will not be returning. I appreciate the workers for being apologetic about the wait time but forgetting multiple items of food I paid for is crazyy and doesn't happen at other fast food places...
