The cedar hill location was having an anniversary deal for 2 large 1 topping pizza for $10 carry out only. The deal ends on 12/15, I attempted to call on 12/13, no one answered the phone, so I went to the store and they advise it would be a 2 hour wait. That was completely understandable being that it was great deal and I figured many people were taking the opportunity to use. So I just decided to try again the next day.

Here we are the next day, dec 14th @1:30 pm. I tried to call the location, no answer. I went to the location and the doors were locked. No sign, no nothing saying why they were not open during their normal business hours. Whats the point in having the deal if we can't even put a order in! Let’s start with the location , the store is new to the area but Cedar Hill got the works with the dining tables out side to enjoy the breeze as well as inside. I was very excited to grab pan pizzas and deserts.The store greeted me with a warm welcome, The manger’s smile was felt. The young lady Alexis was so amazing. She unsold me items and I praised her and the staff. After I order I advised her who I was and told her I would be reviewing the location. The dining in option was on point. The area was clean, The area had a Tv so you could catch the game while waiting. The staff communicated, and the food was hit and delicious. The manager lied straight to my face about my order. I ordered pizza and wings, somehow the wings got made, but they forgot to make the pizza. The worker told me my wings we're ready but the pizza got forgot so they were making it. After she told me this the manager came behind her when I was checking the status of my order and told me that the pizza was made and the wings were taking long because they had to go through the oven twice which I know is not true. I literally saw the pizza maker pulled the pizza out of the oven and box it and pull the wings that were ready out of the warmer.
