Sunset Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Cedar Park

So I was sitting there by myself and I was trying to get out of the house for one night.Bartenders seemed friendly until... I asked the bartender a question related to COVID because I am a local business supporter and concerned for our local businesses, the COVID numbers are high and I wanted to see if this is a place I could come and unwind. I asked if because of COVID numbers if they were at risk... I was talking to the bartender no one else... Later on I decided to go outside and I was cornered by some guy who accused me of videoing them to close them down because of the question I asked the bartender, and told that I pretty much was unwelcome. Interesting that a conversation that I had where no one else was around was spread to other patrons... I never videoed anyone, if anything I was laughing and texting my good friend, I went out to have social time and was cornered and accused of malicious intent, WOW it was really uncomfortable and hurtful. Be careful if you are single and wanting to interact with others here, if you are not someone they know, they will judge you and attack you! Not cool! #equality...

The service is outstanding except for one bartender. We have been coming here for quite awhile and everyone is super nice. This particular bartender ignores your presence unless you’re here everyday. No check up, no acknowledgment when you go to the bar. Disappointing because when I come here we have soooo much fun unless she is behind the bar.

Also, there is a gentleman that brings his kid into the bar and he lets him crawl all over the place. This is a place for adults, not for children. I hope that...

Local joint for local people. We ended up closing out the bar at our hotel and going to this one with the hotel bartender. He was local and new all the cool little places. It was pretty busy, and the bartender inadvertently neglected us at the table since the bar was so busy. He made up for it with free drinks and a pretty comedic attitude.
