Phenomenal food and customer service!! We ordered the eggs Benedict and it did not disappoint - eggs were perfectly poached, the ham was absolutely delicious, the the hollandaise sauce added just the right amount of brightness to the dish. We also ordered a side of biscuits and sausage gravy - which were also amazing!
There was a short wait to be seated because there were so many people eagerly awaiting to try the new cafe in Cedar Park. It is family owned and run- customer service was stellar!! The food is made fresh to order, our server Erik was friendly and on top of things despite the large brunch/lunch crowd. Menu selection is top tier. I highly recommend the Zuppo con Savoiardo dessert- but don’t let your American tastebuds lead you astray. This In-house dessert is subtly sweet with added flavor from fresh berries and the perfect palate cleanser after your meal. I loved the velvety texture of the puddings (yes pleural) and the bottom layer of lady fingers (savoiardo). It literally translates to Soup with Lady fingers - if you have ever had a proper English trifle, you willlove this dessert!
Definitely a family friendly atmosphere - my husband and I had the honor to speaking to Mario, as well. 10/10 recommend - you won’t be disappointed and we will most definitely be regular customers!

Gave this place a second try and the food was again delicious, but this time, though packed offered excellent service. Like I said, it was packed I was seated quickly and my food was brought quickly. Great waiter who was very attentive. Manager was getting everything out quickly and even though I didn’t notice I dropped my napkin, he brought me another without me asking. GREAT SERVICE and DELICIOUS classic American breakfast! VERY CLEAN bathrooms and restaurant!
PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Food was great and served fast. A classic American style breakfast cafe.
For a period of 7-8 minutes I observed the entire wait staff standing behind a supply station chatting and looking at the diners. I was just 5 feet away. At a time that was not busy, with plenty of staff it took entirely too long to have my table greeted and drink order taken. The waitress, though sweet, did not make sure that I had everything I needed which was not much a black coffee, omelette (added cheese), and one single pancake. She checked on table once besides taking order, delivering food, and bringing me check. Had to get coffee refill from...
Read moreIt's just OK. The menu is a bit bland, but it you want a classic American breakfast it's fine. We call it "Jim's Lite". The food is good but I do not like eating off of melamine plates - I think hot food picks up a plastic-y taste from it. It's a painfully loud restaurant and they haven't done a lot to help with the acoustics, so it's hard to hear your server and other people at your table talking. The service should be better for a full-service restaurant, but I hope it's just because they just opened and there's a learning curve. Although we were seated immediately, our server made several no-no's (based on my own experience as a server in my 20s) such as setting a pile of menus on our table while they took our order, and using our table to set down a coffee pot while they took plates and did refills at the table next to us. Of all the new restaurants that have popped up in that complex, I'll probably only go back if I get a hankering for biscuits and gravy. Otherwise, I think there are better options...
