Had a very bad experience with the Cedar park branch. We walked in 10min before closing time , the staff could have said we won’t be able to service you since we are close to closing time instead they took our order and started behaving weird. Once we placed the order they said we have turned off power for the mixing slab so your ice cream might melt but she was still mixing a previous order when she walked in , so she turned it off though we were already inside the store . We then compromised and asked for milk shake when both the girls murmured as if they don’t want to service us anymore . We did hear their murmurs “oh gosh they are still placing order and not leaving even after we said we are closing in 10min” .They could have told us well in the beginning that we aren’t serving anymore as we would be closing in 10min rather they preferred to behave like this. You have no right to disrespect a customer walking into your store. We informed them we are well off and we don’t need anything and left the store . We are never going to visit this...

I placed an online order at Cold Stone Cedar Park around 7:30-7:40 PM, expecting it to be ready within 5-15 minutes, as past orders suggested. When I arrived at 8:00 PM, with only one other couple in the store, they confirmed my order but only then started making it. Meanwhile, they continued preparing in-store orders ahead of mine, despite my order being placed and paid for in advance.
I ended up waiting until 8:20 PM, only to watch my completed order be placed in the freezer instead of being handed to me, while they helped other guests. If I had just ordered in person, I would have gotten my ice cream faster.
The ice cream is great, which keeps me coming back, but the service needs improvement. They either need more staff or better organization, especially for online pickups. Customers who order ahead shouldn’t become an afterthought. Hopefully, management can...
Read moreWe know cold stone since 10 years ago, multiple states multiple locations. We recently visited the Cold Stone location in Whitestone. The manager, who was also working as the cashier, provided amazing service. However, I was disappointed and embarrassed to open the triple pint container at the party and find it was not full. We paid almost $20 just for the ice cream, plus the cost of a cake and some chocolate-dipped cones, bringing the total to over $60. Additionally, the manager suggested an impressive service charge close to $12. I'm not sure why we were expected to pay such a high amount when the product wasn't even complete. We end up leaving the 10% gratuity. We will...
